Fun tour with cruise port transfer - We were picked up right on time at 7:30 from our hotel in Santiago. Our transportation for the day was a 14 passanger Sprinter van. There were 10 of us for the days' tour and we had plenty of room for luggage in the back of the van. Our first stop was a fuel station convience store for coffee or water (not included). It was an easy ride to our second stop, Emiliana vineyards near Casablanca. Camilo, our tour guide, kept us informed and entertained with the history and culture of Chile. Emiliana vineyards is an Organic winery. We were able to taste generous pours of both red and white wine while learning about what it takes to operate an organic vineyard and winery. After the tasting, we had about a 30 minute ride to Valparaiso. Again Camilo kept us entertained along the ride. The tour in Valparaiso was mainly walking with some hills and stairs. The city is both artistic and historic with some fascinating murals. After our Valparaiso stop, we had just over an hour ride to San Antonio cruise port. We were dropped off just after 2:30 which was comfortable for our 4:30 deadline for cruise passengers. Overall this was a great way to combine a fun excursion with a port transfer.

Perfect service - Perfect service. Picked up at of hotel in a clean and comfortable van. Driver and our guide Antonio were friendly and knowledgeable. After a nice stop at the winery we went on to Valparaiso. We had a very nice walking tour highlighting all of the street art. We ate lunch on our own at a recommend spot and it was delicious and fairly priced. We were dropped off right in front of baggage drop for the cruise line. Definitely recommend!

Easy transfer with Beiprogram. - Everything was on time. Luggage always remained under control. Good vehicle. Slightly tight by the number of passengers. Safe driver. Nice guide. Relaxed wine tasting on a really nice bodega. Valparaiso is only moderately interesting and difficult for the disabled.

a mistake to combine tours and ship transfer - The guides were really nice BUT the bus was not big enough for the large amount of luggage. They had to stack it above the level of the last seat and it was not secured for the first half of the transfer. The seating was cramped and being the last pick up I was unable to sit with my husband. The winery was great. The visit to Valparaiso was problematic- walking was mostly downhill but there were lots and lots of stairs which were steep and had narrow step treads. I was really concerned about the falls risk. In retrospect, I would have done both of the visits as stand alone tours with more time. A private guide in Valparaiso would be a great idea- lots to see and eating and drinking opportunities galore. I think a direct transfer to the ship without the tour visits would have been preferable.
