Easy and quick transfer - Very easy- the airport is tiny so easy to find your name written down. We booked for 12 noon but our flight got in at 11am and we were on the road by 11:30 which was great.

The best option - Good company. Punctual and professional. Highly recommend. The driver waited for us by the gate and dropped us right affront of the hotel.

Good transfer - The transfer service to and from Calama airport was safe and reliable. The cost to book through this site is about 3x what it costs to book locally but booking in advance is useful if you like to be organised. There was some issue finding my particular address and delay in getting a response from the service but it all worked out and the transfers in both directions were successful.

Good service good price - The representative was waiting with names displayed and well organized. The driver was good and they dropped me outside my hotel.

Outsourced service - The experience was not positive. I had to contact the company because the service is outsourced. That made me cancel the return and close with another company.

I felt discrimination and would have asked for full refund if it wasn't my parents who already got tired from night fly - We arrived airport before 6:30, and all other people came with us left with the minibus while the woman in charge of putting people into the car shooed my parents like a disgusting insects. I felt it rasism because we were the asians from the arrival group. We had to wait 1 hr and 30min to wait to catch the minibus with people from next flight. I asked why we have to wait, how long we had to wait, the woman told me not to speak english to her, so I started to talk in Spanish and she went away.
