History, Wine, and an Excellent Guide! - Cousino Macul is full of great history. Going through the underground cellars was a real highlight. The wines were really good, too! Eugenio was a delightful guide offering a lot of insight about Santiago.

Best wine tour and guide! - This was an outstanding tour. I had only a few hours in Santiago so had to make the most of it. This tour definitely was the best choice. Eugene my guide for the day was very friendly and knowledgeable, and his relationship and experience with this winery made it the best tour. Highly recommend this tour and Eugene for the best Santiago experience

Lovely vineyard tour to a family owned winery - We loved our tour to the vineyard! Excellent transportation to the vineyard, our transportation guide Eugenio, was courteous and very knowledgeable. We were greeted with a nice glass of Chilean Rosé and soon proceeded with the tour. We learned a lot and our tour guide Janice was excellent. We tasted up to 8 different wines and learned a lot about the family run Vineyard and company, which has an impressive and ongoing history with keeping the business within the family.

Excellent experience with Eugene! - Got to experience some fantastic wines and learn about a historic and family owned winery in Chile. One of the challenges of Chile is that if you’re not somewhat proficient in Spanish that there isn’t a strong English speaking population here to bail you out for not remembering your lessons in Mrs. Harms high school Spanish class. In comes Eugene to the rescue. When the vineyard had an issue with staffing for their English speaking tour, Eugene immediately reached out and helped us reschedule for an earlier tour in the morning so we didn’t have to take the Spanish tour. He also arranged for all the transportation and personally came to pick us up and ensure we got to each point of our tour and wherever we were headed next. I was also fortunate to be able to grab lunch with Eugene and he’s a joy to get to know and truly loves Chile, tourism and meeting people from all over the world. The country of Chile is lucky to have him. Highly recommended!

Loved it - Seeing the old cellar felt like going back in time. Our guide at the vineyard (Tiago) spoke excellent English, and he was very kind and knowledgeable. The communication for hotel pickup was perfect and Eugene was right on time.

Great hassle free experience - A great way to spend a half day of you want some else to do all the organizing. We were flying back to Australia in tge late pm so just wanted a hassle free experience - and that is what we got. The real value from our trip was tge trip out to and back from tge winery with Louis - his passion for Chile ( and daughter and mother) plus his ability to communicate clearly in English was a real treat. We learnt so much more that just the wine. The winery itself is well worth a visit and guided tour ( and Dani did a great job for us).

Cheers - Eugenio confirmed our hotel pickup, was on time, spoke English, and was delightful. The vineyard was tucked away from the hustle but not too far from our hotel, featured good wine, and had an interesting history as told by our knowledgeable and fun guide, Danielle. A great option for a vineyard visit if you do not have an entire day available to go further distance from Santiago.
