Simply the Best! - George and Ivan were amazing, we had a tour the previous day with another company, and it was terrible.
Both the guys were knowledgeable, easy on the eye, gave clear commentary, accent was not a problem, and they provided clean transportation.
The tour showed us beautiful parks and shopping galleries, we walked historic streets, visited churches, walked kowtow and to Plaza De Armas, and learnt about coffee with legs. Then we went to the central market and saw live lobsters and huge crabs swimming around in tanks already to be cooked. George brought cherries on the street for us they were beautiful to eat. Without Spanish this would have been a challenge for s both.
The tour covered the key sites, and George has a confident, laid-back casual manner. Provides excellent information and is a genuinely nice person.
Ivan is a careful driver, with a ready smile and immaculately clean transport.
They were amazing, we can not recommend them highly enough. You are safe in their hands.

Don’t bother! - Booked on line, accepted, ticket issued, account charged, and tour CANCELLED with an excuse that there was no availability by the time I opened my emails the next morning!! And further more, TripAdvisor advised that the refund would take 3/5 days to credit my account! I wouldn’t trust Viator to run a bath properly! Appalling customer service and not much better from TripAdvisor.Best find another tour operator eh?
