- Ex Congreso Nacional - This former congress building from the mid-1800s showcases stunning Neo-classical architecture (entry is not permitted).
- Plaza de Armas - Santiago’s main square, known as the “Damero,” is the city’s central point. - Espacio M - Currently a shopping mall, this location was once a grand palace belonging to a wealthy family, dating back to around 1846.
- Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral GAM - A vibrant cultural center offering a variety of activities year-round, including movies, theater, music, and exhibitions, with a fascinating history.
- Cerro Santa Lucia - Historically, this hill served as the main watchpost for both Natives and the Spanish. Today, it is a beautiful park with a lovely view of the city and mountains (closed on Mondays, with an alternative plan available for this day).
