Three stops were carefully selected in order to maximize your appreciation of the Andes.
The experience begins in your hotel where your guide will pick you up to then head towards the mountain by the road that connects the city with the main Ski Resorts. Among the main attractions you will appreciate La Paloma Glacier, one of the largest ice bodies of central Chile. You’ll reach 9842,52ft a.s.l. when when you get to Valle Nevado S.Resort -with bathroom and souvenir facilities-, and from a lookout you will observe Plomo mount. wich reaches an altitud of 17.795,28ft. Last stop will be at the Condor´s Lookout; a huge and secure cliff from where you will have a delicious W&Ch tasting while you will enjoy the views with the possibility to meet the majestic condor, which often elegantly glides by the area.

A magical visit to the Andes - This tour was the highlight of our visit to Santiago. Nicolas was an outstanding guide. The drive into the Andes was spectacular. Nicolas helped us with explanations of the what we were experiencing. Of course the ultimate highlight was the incredible lunch at a beautiful location in the Andes. It was truly magical for us. Thank you Nicolas for making our visit to Santiago so memorable.

Gorgeous views of Condors in the Andes! - This tour was amazing! Daniel, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly—-and an amazing driver on the curvy roads of the Andes Mountains! We went to ski resort area about an hour outside of Santiago. Because this is the start of the fall season, there was no snow and it was not open. But it was a perfect place to see condors! We had hoped to see 1-2 but saw about a dozen—some of which flew right over us! It was thrilling!

Perfect Day in The Andes - We had the most wonderful trip today with Nicholas, such a beautiful soul, so interesting and knowledgeable about his country. We saw the majestic Andes on a beautiful day, we were even lucky enough to see some Condors in flight. We had a fabulous picnic in the midst of the Andes. We would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to tour whilst in Santiago. Our only regret is that we are not in Santiago long enough to spend more time with Nicholas ❤️

Highly recommended Andean experience - This was a great experience- our guide Camilo was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. The tour itself was fantastic- we made several stops on our way to admire the valley the city sits in as well as the Andes from different viewpoints.
The views from the Valle Nevado resort was incredible and was the first place we got to see Andean Condors relatively close.
On the way back we stopped for a great lunch of local cheeses and wine overlooking the valley and again got to see condors drifting on the currents above us.
An absolutely memorable experience and one I would highly recommend.

If I could rate a 10 I would - If I could give this tour a 10, I would. Absolutely spectacular experience. We had a great tour of so many beautiful spots in the Andes. Nicolas, our driver was very personable and knowledgeable. He picked us up at our hotel, took us on the tour, provided a tasty snack with Chilean wine and waters, cheeses, crackers, chips, olives, and a peanut mix. It wS the experience of a lifetime to have this picnic in a stunning location where we could watch the condors. I highly recommend this tour, Absolutely the best experience I had in Santiago. He went above and beyond. There were only 4 of us on the tour, so he had the opportunity to answer all our questions and tailor it to our interests. He willingly made photo stops for us. Absolutely the very best.

Highly recommended tour of the Andes and to watch Condors - A fantastic way to spend a few hours out of the city, and take in the majestic splendour of the Andes that are just on the doorstep. The drive up to the top of the mountains was thrilling in itself with plenty of opportunity to stop and take in the sights. At the top of the mountains, we had the honour of being able to watch condors flying by us, then this was finished off with a fabulous wine and cheese picnic at a fabulous viewpoint. We had a fabulous guide, who was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. Everyone in the group enjoyed the tour, and we would all recommend it.

Spectacular views! - Nicolas was a superb guide! We had a wonderful time exploring the flora, fauna, history, and incredible morphology of the Andes during our tour. We saw several Andean Condors soaring over the course of our tour, which was a special highlight.

Beautiful private Andes tour - If you want a beautiful tour of the Andes without all the hype then this may be the tour for you. Nichols was an amazing guide who took the time to explain everything, and who took the time to slowly walk us through this private tour. After the busyness of Santiago it was so amazing to take in the quiet and peaceful scenery of the Andes, This mountain range is spectacular! Nichols has an extensive knowledge of, and love for nature, and he pointed out many plants and wildlife including the condors. We finished with a lovely wine and cheese picnic overlooking the beautiful scenery. We couldn’t have asked for more.
