Guides went above and beyond! - Our guides went above and beyond to make us feel special! I had inadvertently given a wrong address and they found where we really were with minimal effort. We had good conversation on the way to the water falls. Alejandra was very knowledgeable about the area. The falls were beautiful and relaxing. Next time I would go on a less busier day though. We went on a Saturday. We never felt pressure to go to the next venue and they made sure we were done with our exploration before we moved on. We had lunch in Santiago village and saw a couple of sites. So much history!! On our way back to the place we stayed, they took a detour to the bus station so we could get tickets to our next destination. They really went above and beyond.

Cascades calm me - Our guide Abram was really friendly, personal and we had excellent conversations. He drove a nice car for my Mexican lady friend and me and we took our time to take lots of photos. It was a gorgeous day, not too hot, not to chilly and the nature was really strikingly beautiful. Cascades always calm me down, the slow flow of fresh water, so such a beautiful day, also walking around a little village later. I would go again to another nature destination.

What a beautiful day! - The waterfall was beautiful, and afterwards we got to swim and play under different falls! A really wonderful day out of the city, checking out the magic town of Santiago, too. Abraham is very knowledgeable, not just about the area, but about history, and other awesome places in Mexico to visit. We will definitely be back!

Very nice experience getting to know horsetail - It is very beautiful, the mountains look beautiful, the waterfall is very pretty although it had little water as the guide told us that sometimes it is more fluid and looks much better, but even so it was a very good experience I recommend it

Nice way to spend a day in Monterrey - We booked this the evening before and the agency did not receive our booking, even though we had received a confirmation number. After waiting for about 45 mins for a pick up, I contacted them through TripAdvisor. They responded immediately, and after sorting out the booking, they immediately sent us a guide. Our guide, Juan Velazco, was very pleasant. He answered all of our questions. The waterfall is pretty, the lunch at Las Palomas in Santiago was very good. Overall, it was a nice way to spend a day. Juan took photos for us and then sent them to us which was a nice part of the tour.

Pretty, but not the adventure we expected - Our tour guide was fantastic. Good communication before, during, and after. He did a great job of helping us order food and translating for us while shopping in Santiago, and gave us some good recommendations of what else to do while in town. The waterfall park itself was very underwhelming. There is no hiking, and the agenda says you'll spend 3 hours at this location, but it takes less than 10 minutes to get from the parking lot to the waterfall, and there is nothing else to do except take photos and stand there looking, unless you want to pay extra to do the zipline or bungee, but the bungee jumping was closed (only open on weekends). Then the next hour was supposed to be a catamaran boat ride, which we did not get to do, and no one told us that or explained why or offered anything else instead. The Santiago tour was again underwhelming, but it is a pretty place to walk around for a little bit and take photos, and the ice cream was delicious.
