Will blow your mind- provided you like water experiences in nature - Our driver was very good and stopped at restaurants along the way with good food. We imagined the drive to be very long and tedious but the time passed quickly. It is 3 1/2 hours each way. Sunday is the busiest day of the week so best to choose either Tues, Wednesday or Thursday. Our only complaint is that our car was a Toyota small 4door compact with no leg room and we sat in the back. It was very cramped and uncomfortable. We had expected a van or bus. That said, it was a more intimate experience.

Great experience - Tolantongo is an absolutely magical place, and I highly recommend it to anyone remotely close to the area. We went on a weekday and in the middle of december, which meant we had it all to ourselves! Great experience, and our guide, Alain, was a very warm and chill guy!

A must see - This was the best part of our trip by far. What an out of world experience. From the beginning, communication from the company was excellent. Our tour guide in particular, Carlos, was incredible. So knowledgeable and kept the energy up all day. He made sure all of our needs were met - even though it was already a 13 hour day for him he asked if we needed to make any additional stops. He was very flexible with time to make sure we got everything we wanted from the experience. I’m really blown away at how well run the entire day was thanks to Carlos. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic Experience - Carlos was the most gracious and careful tour guide, and driver. He remained with us and made sure we were safe and knew where to go. He provided safety tips and knowledgeable facts of the area. This place is truly a magical place and this tour is very highly recommended.

Amazing views!! Perfect trip from the beginning to the end - This trip was amazing from the beginning to the end! The views were surreal. Carlos our tour guide was THE absolute best, he is very knowledgeable and educated about everything, very attentive, he ensured our safety and that we had the best experience as possible. My husband and I enjoyed it so much. I would 100% recommend.

Full day tour to Grutas Tolontongo round trip from Queretaro. Amazing experience - Our tour guide was Alain. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and fun. He made our Grutas Tolontongo so enjoyable. The ride is long (31/2 hours) but so worth it. We loved every minute of it! I will definitely request Alian as my tour guide in the future.

Fantastic tour to a beautiful hot spring in Central Mexico! - Wow!! This tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Carlos was so nice and helpful. He took great care of us and made sure we had enough time at each of the 3 attractions within the Grutas. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this tour! Stunning Experience! - The caves & waterfalls were amazing as were the pools - truly the best of nature combined with engineering expertise!
