Tequisquiapan - You will know the navel of the Mexican Republic, which was decreed by President Venustiano Carranza. You could also visit the main square, as well as the famous church that every 6 hours plays the “Ave Maria” in chimes.
Here you can take a photo with the letters of “TEQUIS”, adding to your digital album of your favorite places in the State of Querétaro. -
Queserías La Mexicana - You will get a complete explanation accompanied by a rich cheese board as a tasting, which will be guided and also accompanied by 2 glasses of wine. It is the rich opportunity to make a rich pairing.
Delicious by the way! -
Freixenet Mexico - They will take a guided tour through a vineyard of Catalan origin, they will learn about its large underground cellar, its types of wines, the winemaking processes and its beautiful 25-meter-deep wine cellar.
They will also have a delicious tasting of sparkling wine, which would be equal to the famous Champagne of France. -
La Pena de Bernal - We will visit the Magic Town of Bernal. There will be an explanation of the history of the town, its traditions and its gastronomy.
Here is the third largest monolith in the world and of course, you can buy handicrafts, cheese bread, esquites or, some delicious drink to hydrate you.
You will be given free time to eat and enjoy your afternoon.

The best tour of the Traditional Cheese and Wine Route in Queretaro - We had a very nice day. Carlos was an exceptional guide. Really informative and attentive. We really enjoyed our tour with him. We would highly recommend him and hope to meet him again on another tour in the near future.

Highly recommended - A very complete tour! You visit a cheese farm and then freixenet, you also walk through Tequisquiapan and Peña de Bernal. During the tours there is no tasting that mixes cheese and wine, but the VAI farm is very worth it!!
