A pleasant day - Very well organized. The guide and driver are competent and friendly. The bus is clean, comfortable, there is the possibility of charging your mobile.

Great trip with Ana and Tour Galicia - We went with Ana on an excursion and it was a great experience. He gave us information about Galicia throughout the trip. At each point we visited in the area, he gave us detailed information about what we were seeing. Ana was always attentive to the needs of travelers. The boat ride was a real joy. The organization by the company was extraordinary, they detailed the pick-up point and the tour itinerary very well. If we repeat any excursion it will be with them. The bus in which we made the trip was very comfortable and the driver was very professional.

I would advise her - I liked the visit to the town and the landscape. What gave me a little scare was the bus ride along the road, because it was a two-way street and there was a risk of crossing paths with other vehicles. I think that although it does not depend on you, it should be regulated in some way.

OK - Tour was well organised, and covered many sights. Tour guide spoke limited English. Boat ride and vineyard narration was only in Spanish, so this limited our enjoyment on this trip, as we only speak English. Tour was advertised as including English.

Disappointment - We booked the tour at the Rua do Franco office, I asked if it included a visit to Monforte de Lemos and a visit to the winery, and they confirmed that it did. The day before they wrote to me and said that the visit to the winery could not be done and they would refund me €8/person. They also changed the itinerary and they would not go to Monforte de Lemos. This was the day before, so accept the changes. The tour was nothing more, the guide did not explain much and left us in the places to our own devices, other than providing us with a map, advice,... we took too much time for what we saw, but on the way back the bus had problems and We went very slowly and without air conditioning. My next visit will be on my own.

Disappointment - We booked an excursion to the Ribeira Sacra and of everything we had planned, only the catamaran ride was fulfilled. They changed the tour without warning (only the day before they announced that they were changing Monforte de Lemos for Allariz). A disappointment, I will not hire again
