Gaul - Last month we were in Santander. We do not specifically book a bus tour, but we ask for information about the city. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly driver: Gaul. What dedication, what unconditionality! Although we didn’t have time to get on his bus, he patiently gave us the information we needed. Congratulations, Gaul!

3-day couple tour in Cantabria - Very interesting to discover the city of Santander at its own pace! Impeccable explanations in French!!! Combined fare with the red train of the Royal Palace to take without hesitation! Beautiful views and landscapes as well as beautiful sites!

Gallo, bus driver - A good experience. Gallo, the driver, a very attentive boy who helped us at all times. He was explaining the route, places where we could eat well and the best place to get off for the boat experience.

100% recommended. - Fully recommended. Many thanks to the guide Lamberto for the walking route from Cabo Mayor to Sardinero beach. Wonderful views, a very pleasant walk thanks to its explanations and short stops for good photos

Expensive but convenient with limited time - We were on a cruise and had one day so the hop on hop off was at the port and convenient. It meant that we managed to get to the palace and the lighthouse and back to the city. At the palace the ticket includes a little tourist train. However it is one of the more expensive hop on hop offs I have been on and unlike Palma last year no discount for senior citizens. The audio tour is appalling. It tells you very little about the city and the stops and usually these are a highlight for me. The rep tried to sell us the ticket with the boat trip included. Check boat times as we wouldn’t have been able to do it. In hindsight a taxi might have been better.

Would have rather gone for a walk, a waste of my time. - The stops in between took far too long bus also only comes 1/35 minute if you are lucky. Nowhere are indications of times

Boat Tour Cancelled and No Refund Provided - I would not recommend this tour. I added the boat tour as an optional extra and the day of it was cancelled due to high winds. I emailed customer services asking for a refund for this portion of this tour and I was advised they have no record of the tour being cancelled and therefore they would not give me a refund. We also organised to be at the lighthouse for the free walking tour that was advertised and when we arrived there was no one there.

Dismal response - Unfortunate, a management embarrassment. They allowed me to buy the supreme ticket the day before the tour. Being at the stop at the indicated time and waiting almost an hour, we approach the tourist office and are told that the Enterprise ends the season, without warning. We contact through your chat and are told that the Service is still active and there is no refund, if you manage the claim by mail, we are not provided contact telephone despite requesting it. At the tourist office we are provided contact telephone and there yes, the treatment was exquisite. The person who served us via chat should be dedicated to something other than customer support. Between so many claims we lost mid-morning.

Complaint - Should be 1hr 15mins. Been parked up loads. Will be over two hours….. now under time pressure for ferry!! I wouldn’t bother …..
