The perfect way to learn about coffee and coffee growing - We took the 10am coffee tour in Spanish and didn't know what to expect. It was wonderful! Fabian, our guide, provided a detailed, entertaining overview of coffee growing and processing step by step. We sucked on the coffee bean just after we popped it out of the "cherry." Very sweet. We learned about the growing process. He pointed out many flowers and plants, and even a small frog half the size of my pinkie fingernail. And of course we tasted coffee. We ended in their shop where we started, where we were served an amazing coffee with lemon "granita." Refreshing and well balanced. Fabian was great and we highly recommend him as a guide.

Unforgettable experience - Highly recommended! It is an experience that one has to live to learn to value quality coffee and as is the whole process from seed, planting, harvesting, drying and a tasting with lovely people, an atmosphere as if you were part of the estate itself. They also talk about the different varieties and their history. An experience the same for a family as for groups of friends or couple. The guide very friendly and attentive.
