Chris was awesome. This was the perfect set up on the beach especially when traveling. You don't have to worry about hauling a bunch of stuff with you. Food was excellent. We had a great and will definitely use their service again.

A great day at the beach with my family. Brian hustled in the heat to make our day enjoyable. We were travelling, thus limited beach paraphernalia; this is a great way to experience the beach.

The service provider “Brian” was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The beach accommodations and location was excellent. If you provided a buggy if some sort to transport guests across the hot sand with their belongings, this would definitely make the experience over the top!!!

The staff is wonderful. And it’s so convenient to head down to the beach and not have to drag along with you, your chair, towels, etc. Worth every penny.

Maybe the word "Butler" heightened my expectations of the service? No one was present at the check in time, when I found someone they told us, vaguely, to walk to the beach to find our chairs with no assistance. We walked back and forth several times, an I actually confronted girls at the rental check out line to get help. I don't know if I was charged for the lunch? Overall, I would have liked to have had some assistance, maybe I should have put that in the notes that I have a child with special needs and a terminally I'll husband? Maybe that's why we were ignored?

We reserved time for 10:30 am but person responsible did not even come to work until after 10:30 am. As such, we were not set up until almost 11am. Then it took another hour for water/towels. They never checked on us we had to reach out. It took over an hour to get food we ordered and it was not correct. We didn’t get any more food or drink bc they never responded. We came back this time after using Beach butler before and loving it but were really disappointed this time. We felt like we didn’t get our money’s worth.
