Looking around and having fun - Well expended time. It was a fantastic way to look around, exercising and acquiring knowledge about Santa Marta and it's emblematic places.

Fun, affordable activity for all travelers - I would suggest you make this the first activity you do when you get to town, as it's a great way to get acclimated/introduced to the city, you can ask questions of the guide, and meet some other tourists.

Local Vibe & Relaxed and Enjoyable Bike Tour - I went on this bike tour in downtown Santa Marta and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Colombia. The experience was very relaxed, and our guide made us feel at home in the city. We visited some landmarks such as the library, the beach, the church, and the school, and our guide gave us insights into the town's older as well as recent history. What made it special was that I had the tour with a local guide and one other participant who was also a local from the town who decided to join. It felt more like I was having a personal tour with friends than a traditional tour with a group of strangers. Nice local vibe & very enjoyable bike tour.

Great experience - Friendly, professional, fun. Definitely a great intro to the city. I don't know why viator asks for a long review for a short tour but here it is.

Worth - David is a very charismatic tour guide. He was able to talk about the history of Santa Marta while cracking jokes and making sure everyone was being safe on the bikes. Overall it's a great tour to take to dip your feet in some of Santa Marta's landmarks - it's also a perfect time for digital nomads as it starts after 5pm + an amazing sunset.

Easy rental process, good friendly service, reasonable rates, lot's of fun! - As a TripAdvisor DESTINATION EXPERT travel is my hobby & passion as I have 31 years of exploring Colombia and now living 5 years in Medellin and visiting just about every city, village and beach - it is my pleasure to provide my experiences of RENT BIKE Santa Marta. I come often to explore the coast and been in Santa Marta area for 2 weeks now and have been passing by this bike rental shop, they have a real brick and mortar store located in the centro historical district of Santa Marta, and so the friendly women gave me all the information I needed and so I returned today ready to ride a bike all around Santa Marta and this I did and what freedom and fun. The rental process is quick, 50 mil deposit along with leaving either your passport or in my case my Colombia Cedula (ID card) and I decided 2 hours would be good exercise so chose my bike and off I went. My ride around town was a lot of fun. The photo is me in the marina. The Rent Bike office was so kind that she sent me a whatsapp about an hour into my rental just wanting to be sure that I was good. Thank you for your service and concern as you earned my business. As I will be here for another week, give or take, so I plan next do the E-Bike Tours as I saw the bikes and they too look fun! Highly recommend this company and I will use again.

TripAdvisor doesn’t refund for tour cancelled by operator - When I arrived for the bike tour the operator informed me the tour was cancelled because the English speaking guide was away sick. I am still waiting for a refund from trip advisor. Tripadvisor will not respond to my emails. Don’t bother booking with TripAdvisor because if you are due a refund you won’t get it.
