Minca and coffee - Spectacular, magical place, still fairly untouched with enough good balance of modernity, but definitely nature steals the show.
At the coffee farm they also has a microbrewery the whole things is amazing

A wonderful day in Minca with Bukap - We had a wonderful day with Juan Carlos, who really is the best guide. He knows a lot about Colombia and all the beautiful places he took us to. He also invited us to his own life and their history. He is competent, easy going and so serviceminded. He gave us a memorable day in Minca and its surroundings. Thank you for that Juan Carlos and we truly recommend you to take a tour with him!

Excellnet choice ! - As with the other reviews, this was an excellent choice. Juan Carlos is a great guide, knowledgeable about the region and its history. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip with all the little added touches along the way. We would highly recommend Bukap for your tour/excursion needs.

Highly recommendable! - We booked our tour with Juan Carlos, who is by far the best guide you can have! His knowledge abour Colombia is amazing, and so is his English. It doesn’t feel like you’re out with a guide, but with a friend! Highly recommendable!

Best tour experience in Santa Marta and Minca - We had the most incredible experience with Juan Carlos and his tour guide, Christian. Bukap arranged the most amazing itineraries for me and my active family. We had a wonderful experience and Learned so much about the culture in Santa Marta as well as Minca. Christian was so delightful as a guide and very helpful explaining the culture. He was thoughtful and engaging. Our trip to Santa Marta was so memorable forever because of Bukap!

Great guide - We picked Bukap Travels based on the tripadvisor reviews, and can confirm that they are all true. We had a great day out (visiting the coffee plantation and waterfalls) with Juan Carlos as our guide. He has a very good standard of English, excellent knowledge about everything in Colombia (politics, history, geography...) and drives very safely. He is also very keen on his job and is full of enthusiasm. His choice of restaurant for lunch was also good. Book him, you won’t be disappointed!

Great tour of Minca area - We hired Juan Carlos for his Santa Marta to Minca tour. Juan Carlos is an excellent guide - he speaks excellent English, was very knowledgable about all things Colombian and was pleasant company to spend the day with.
Minca is a nice change from the heat and humidiy of Santa Marta and the coast. It is a cute mountain town with excellent dining options. The coffee plantation tour was very informative - amazing to see 100 year+ old machinery and engineering at work. The two waterfalls were easy hikes and refreshing to swim in. Key notes for the trip are that the roads are exceptionally rough after Minca (ride in a 4x4) and make sure you bring bug spray !
We would definitley do tours again with Juan Carlos if we returned to Santa Marta area.

Great Tour of Minca - There are many tour companies offering tours of Minca, but Juan Carlos is the best guide! He was entertaining, knowledgeable and able to answer just about any Colombian related question we had. We truly enjoyed spending the day with him, exploring the Sierra Nevada area around Minca and learning more about Colombia.

Amazing day - We booked this tour, because it looked really interesting, but we got more!
Juan is an amazing tour guide. He loves his job, is with full passion and have a great mood.
For pictures he offered to stop everywhere (if possible). So at first we visited the coffee farm. The English tour guide was not available, so Juan did the tour for us, it was funny and we got all the information we were interested and wanted to know. The coffee and the farm is really good.
Then we went to the waterfall and it is a beautiful area. We took some pictures, discussed about camera and swam! Unfortunately the food was not so good,
so Juan was really mad and discussed it with the owner.
We had a great time and can recommend it!
