Transfer by vehicle from Santa Marta to Guachaca and 4X4 to Mamey
Ciudad Perdida - This expedition begins in Guachaca, a village in the Sierra de Santa Marta. From this point, a 4x4 vehicle makes the transfer by rural road to El Mamey in a journey of approximately 1 hour. Here, the essential luggage for the 5 days of travel is packed and lunch is taken to start the adventure. The first section of the walk is approximately 3 to 5 hours. At the end of the afternoon, we arrive at camp 1, Adán’s camp, where we sleep in beds in a shared accommodation space, there are bathrooms with showers and a dining room where we are served a restorative meal.
