• Kite Beach - Sal Cape Verde - This beach is renowned for hosting kitesurfers in the winter and Loggerhead Turtles in the summer. During the winter months, kitesurfers from around the globe flock here to enjoy the waves and strong winds. In the summer, the bustling beach is replaced by Loggerhead Turtles that come to lay their eggs.
• Serra Negra - Serra Negra, meaning “Black Mountain,” is situated in the natural reserve on the east coast. From the summit, one can admire a stunning lunar landscape. At the mountain’s base lies one of Sal’s wildest beaches, which welcomes Loggerhead Turtles in the summer.
• Murdeira - Murdeira Bay offers spectacular views of Lion Mountain.
• Ponta Preta Beach - Ponta Preta, translating to “Black Point” in English, is named for its numerous black volcanic rocks. It is the most beautiful and favored beach among surfers and windsurfers who relish the impressive high waves during winter. Depending on the season, the beach’s appearance changes dramatically: in winter, the high and long waves bring black sand from the sea bottom, while in summer, the ocean is calm, and the beach is nearly entirely golden.

Embark on a 2-hour guided journey through the desert to uncover the southern region’s secret wonders. Traverse stunning beaches, deserts, and Sal’s natural reserve from behind the wheel of an automatic dune buggy. Journey across Santa Maria’s salt flats, encircled by magnificent sand dunes, kite beach, and so much more. Group excursions can accommodate a maximum of 16 individuals, with no more than two passengers per buggy.

• Without a valid and original driving license, participants will not be able to participate on the tour. No refund will be given

• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• It is recommended to wear closed toe shoes
• For safety reasons, there is a weight limit of 120 kg (265 lbs) per seat
