Very informative, interactive and comprehensive! - Very very good day! Angelica was so informative and knew so much about canarian history. Except the bus where the airco was not working well enough and it was a very hot day, it was a tour to remember.

An active exploration of the island's history - A day full of variety, from the tour of the stunning rocky landscape of Gran Canaria and an introduction to the history of the island to the visit to a mountain village and an ancient fishing village. A good combination of physical activity, as we climb a mountain with Caves and visit a ravine, and a pleasant lunch in Santa Lucia, with tasting of local specialties and opportunity to bathe. Our dedicated Angelica guide told us in a graphical way the way of life of the Aborigines and how they finally had to surrender to the Spanish. Our driver Ruben took us safely through the winding mountainous landscape. Sunny weather enhanced the colors of the landscape.

Caitlin - A great tour to kickoff our stay in Gran Canaria. Victor, our guide, shared a lot of history of the island in great detail. The itinerary was jammed packed but the easy pace and beautiful scenery made it nice.

Amazing views - Es un viaje estupendo, muchos gracias Celeste por todos Vaya con dios. Nice relaxed sight seeing to some marvellous sceneries. Baranco is amazing and the major pit stop, but the other stops were all worth while. The guide, Celeste as mentioned, is excellent and very passionate. The group was 8 people, which is the max per van.

Red Canyon Excursion with Celeste - Celeste did everything in her power to provide us with the best possible experience. She gave a very interesting and thorough historical explanation (despite an unexpected helicopter disturbance) about aboriginal life when we visited the three holy mountains and guided us safely into the red canyon and back out. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day. The tasting and local lunch were good. The 45 min free time in Arinaga was not really worthwhile to us. Not enough time to go swimming and not really an opportunity to change clothes in a comfortable way, but that’s out personal opinion.
