Additional Information

Join us for a 3-hour culinary walking tour at the Tuesday Farmers’ Market and Railyard Arts & Culture District. We will introduce you to unique delicacies only available in a New Mexican Farmers’ Market, from traditional posole to ritual smudge sticks, genuine chile ristras, and more. Skip the queue with us at a locals’ favorite New Mexican restaurant for a two-course tasting session, each paired with exclusive premium margaritas. Enjoy the chance to meet the multi-generational proprietors of this legendary family business and gain insight into their profound history as well as the regional cuisine. You’ll be educated about the advent of rail transport in Santa Fe in the 19th century and the rapid transformation it caused in surrounding regions along with its current manifestation. Conclude with a delightful artisanal tasting to round off the tour.

Please note that this tour is curated for the food-exploring individuals. New Mexican foods can lean towards the spicy side, and although dietary restrictions can be met, it’s not always feasible to offer ‘non-spicy’ substitutes.
