The pair behind this unique brunch are Carolina, a professional chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu institute in both Haute Cuisine and Patisserie, and Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

Experience a dining affair to remember in Santa Fe at an exclusive chef’s brunch. Allow Le Cordon Bleu-educated Chef Carolina to whip up meals that unveil the distinctive tastes of Santa Fe, a fusion of Spanish, Mexican, and Native American food traditions.

Indulge in a well-curated three-course feast complemented by hand-selected dishes, fresh floral arrangements, and elegantly-set tableware to enhance the refined ambiance. Patrons have the option to bring their own alcohol or buy drinks. During the colder months, a communal table accommodating up to 10 persons is available; and in the warmer times, quaint tables set al fresco greet the diners. Assisting Chef Carolina is Manuel, a knowledgeable sommelier and connoisseur.

A Unique Experience for Foodies - A truly unique culinary experience with Chef Carolina providing good conversation and an international perspective. From the moment we entered the dining room we knew that this would be an exceptional experience. The presentation of each course was undeniably beautiful. Our palates were treated to an array of delicious food. Carolina was a delight and very personal. She was obviously a perfectionist and an expert at what she does (chef, marketer, manager, landscape designer, interior decorator and construction manager). She gave us a tour of her spotless kitchen, her beautiful herb and flower gardens. Her Culinaria Inn includes three beautiful houses that she restored. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent with our host and would highly this culinary experience to every foodie visiting Santa Fe.

Amazing setting, food and conversation! - Carolina was an exceptional host! The setting is beautiful in a room full of windows situated in their beautiful garden. The food was delicious and unique. You could taste and feel the love she puts into the food. Her creativity is impeccable! The conversation was lovely as well. We highly recommend and plan to come back!

exquisite venue and gourmet level food - the venue which was a working bed and breakfast was exquisite. the host was very accommodating in that i was driving in from Albequerque and arrived late and he still allowed me to have the experience which was a wonderful brunch with all the fixings that made it unique and special. the property is gorgeous including the gardens that surrounded the breakfast room. would highly recommend

Fabulous brunch in a beautiful location - Beautiful and delicious meal, and Carolina was a gracious hostess. Everything was made from scratch, much from her own garden. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Brunch Experience - The property and table setting was beautiful. The food was high quality and tasted delicious and the presentation showed high attention to detail. The portions were small so the value comes from the quality of food and overall experience. I listed a couple of food restrictions on my reservation for me and a friend and the hosts did not seem aware until I mentioned it again at the table. Conversation was good and it was a pleasure sharing a meal with other travelers.

Brunch with Chef Carolina - Overall a good experience. Was disappointed that Chef Carolina was in Italy but her husband Manuel was pleasant. Portions are small but quality and uniqueness of drinks & cuisine filling.
