Take pleasure in a pedestrian excursion of Santa Fe de Antioquia, the inaugural capital of Antioquia and the birthplace of Antioquia’s independence planning and proclamation. Delineated as a national monument in 1960, its three-centuries-old residences are disallowed from alteration, deeming it as the prime site to marvel at colonial architectural style in Colombia.

Next, you proceed to the Western Suspension Bridge, constructed by the same engineer who contributed to the Brooklyn Bridge. It is one of the most vintage bridges in Colombia and was declared a National Monument in 1976.

Hot but enjoyable day at Santa Fe - Oswaldo was by far one of the best tour guides ever! Knowledgeable and charismatic! It was a fun day!
