Day 1: Start at Huaraz (3100 m.a.s.l), travel to Caraz (2290 m.a.s.l) and then to Cashapampa (2970 m.a.s.l), ending the day at Llamacorral Camp (3760 m.a.s.l).
Day 2: Start from Llamacorral (3760 m.a.s.l) and end the day at Taullipampa Camp (4250 m.a.s.l).
Day 3: Depart from Taullipampa (4250 m.a.s.l), traverse Punta Union Pass (4750 m.a.s.l), and camp at Cachinapampa Camp (3700 m.a.s.l).
Day 4: Begin at Cachinapampa (3700 m.a.s.l), journey through Yanachaca (3500 m.a.s.l) and then Vaquería (3750 m.a.s.l). Pass by Portachuelo Llanganuco (4767 m.a.s.l) before concluding the trip in Huaraz.
