The bikes were easy to shift and control.
I would prefer less-stiffness in the shocks and less air in the tires (20 lbs. is way too much for a good grip when climbing).
The seatpost quick release lever was not positioned quite right and the seats stick (are just a bit too difficult to get to move).
One of the valves was leaking in the back after releasing some air (would not stop, until stem nut was tightened).
Battery lasted about 4 hrs of mountainous riding and another 2 hrs of commuting.
This is a great bike for exploring the nearby mountains.

Bikes weren’t ready to go when we arrived. Parts were loose, tires didn’t have sealant in them. Bikes were fun to ride once we got going however but overall shop experience wasn’t great. Would likely try somewhere else next time we visit
