Our bikes were all ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The was very helpful with everything especially showing us the map and ideas where to ride.

The bike worked well for me. We went on a mostly flat off road bike ride. Few short hills where shifting was effective

The rear derailleur wouldn't stay in the lowest gear on either bike we rented. On one bike the seat tube was cut shorter so I couldn't raise my seat high enough.
