A Great Learning Experience! - I had such a great time at Aruba's Bee Haven. It was really cool to learn so much about how bees work and live. Rupert was very knowledgeable on how bees live and the process of harvesting honey. He was very nice and showed us different hives around the property to hold and view.

Most unique experience in Aruba! - I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Aruba's Bee Haven with my two sisters. Rupert was friendly and knowledgeable about bees and how they affect our world. He shared much interesting information, and it was a unique experience to put on the beekeeper suits and see the bee hives up close and personal. We purchased honey and pollen and are using them both daily now at home. I look forward to bringing other guests to visit the Bee Haven when I am in Aruba next year. Thanks, Rupert!

One of the best local tours in Aruba! - Aruba’s Bee Haven is a must visit! Rubert and his father are the real deal. Knowledgeable stewards of the land, animals, and ecosystem of the area. The tour of the bee hives is very comfortable due to the natural tree shading of the property. Bee suits are very secure and breathable. Half of the tour is held in a covered area with seating. They are expert beekeepers who welcome curiosity and questions. Their passion for preserving the art and science of beekeeping is positively heartwarming. They also sell products directly made from their hives including raw honey, soap, and candles. Support local farms!

Wonderful and educational experience for the family - We loved the experience of going there as a family. We learned a lot about bees. The man who gave us the tour is an expert in the subject, as is his father who has 30 years of experience. He gave us a presentation on bees and we asked him many questions, he answered them all very well and then we put on our suits and went to see the bees, it was a wonderful experience. They also have pure and delicious honey and other products such as pollen, body soap, all with wonderful health benefits.

Very unique and interesting experience! - Rubert provided my wife and I with a personal tour of this amazing place! After telling us everything we needed to know about how he and his father, Ruben, run the bee farm, we bee-suited up and visited a few of the honey boxes and held the trays which were crawling with worker bees - we even spotted the queen! Bees flew all around us but we always felt safe and never were stung. We bought some honey from Rubert and we have been putting in our coffee all week! My wife has stomach issues but a few spoonfuls each day have relieved her symptoms and left her feeling great all week! All natural honey is a panacea for so many ailments! Thanks again, Rubert, Ruben, and Aruba Bee Haven!

A Fascinating and Fun Bee Adventure! - We had an incredible time on the “Cunucu” Bee Adventure! From start to finish, the experience was both educational and enjoyable. Our host, Rupert, was absolutely fantastic—funny, informative, and welcoming. His passion for beekeeping, which he shares with his father, made the tour even more special. The experience began with a warm introduction and an insightful explanation of the fascinating world of bees, including a honey-tasting session where we got to try some of their amazing apiculture products. After suiting up for protection, we toured the apiary and the “cunucu,” where we got an up-close look at the bees in action. It was both fun and eye-opening. Ruper made sure to take photos of us throughout the tour, so we’ll always have great memories to look back on. The tour wrapped up with a chance to purchase some hive products, which we couldn’t resist. This adventure is perfect for anyone looking to learn more about bees in a hands-on way. Highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone who loves nature and learning something new. Thank you Rupert for an unforgettable experience!

One of a kind experience - not touristy at all. - We had a wonderful time learning about honeybees and the challenges of managing bees in a dry climate. This Father and Son duo went outbid their way to make sure we were comfortable, safe and hydrated. The honey was amazing and we were able to taste different varieties from apiaries all over the island. I would highly recommend stopping here for a one of a kind experience. You can purchase small jars of honey to bring home to family and friends. It helped us feel connected local industry/agriculture and gets you away from the highly commercialized areas.
