Enjoyable scavenger hunt - We enjoyed this fun walk around Santa Barbara and learned something in the process. Nothing fancy, but good fun for first timers.

Great teaching experience - Great experience. Did the hunt with 2 12 year olds and they got to read all the cool history of each place In the middle we stopped and ate and they couldn't wait to get back to it. Both loved it and kept repeating cool facts they learned to anyone that will listen.

Fun history tour - I was in Santa Barbara myself and saw this scavenger hunt. I love stuff like this. It gives you a great history lesson, and makes you think about the clues. Plenty of walking exercise too. I unfortunately got a low score because I didn’t read a couple of questions right. Only two things I wish were different. 1. A different pay scale for solo people,(I don’t know how you could prove your solo though), 50.00 is pretty spendy when you’re solo. 2. The last question wasn’t my favorite. By the time you’re done, you’re tired and hungry and you have 60 seconds to remember something from 2 hours prior. (That is how my score was low) I recommend writing the answers down if you’re not great at remembering stuff. Other than that, I really enjoyed it and if I am in another part of the country where they offer this, I will definitely check it out.

Beautiful Exploration of Downtown Santa Barbara - Wonderful opportunity to explore downtown Santa Barbara. We walked leisurely and were able to complete the tour in 2 hours. If you need restrooms, the County Courthouse building has very nice ones which are open during court hours M-F. Most of the excellent places to eat require reservations, so do plan in advance. We ate at La Paloma Café and highly recommend it.

Do not pay for more than one participant! - Recommend for kids 12+. We did this with family and everyone sort of lost interest 1/4 of the way through. I was honest and put the full number of participants, which charges you way more, thinking each participant might have their own clue or task but no I got the same thing someone who paid 20% of what I paid would have gotten.
