Fascinating and fun - My friend and I joined Julie for a wine paring and paranormal walk through Santa Barbara. We throughly enjoyed Julie and her story telling. Getting to know Julie during our wine tasting was an amazing experience. We enjoyed her stories and loved her personality. She has lived a fascinating life that has brought her many stories. During our walk she took us to many historic locations and learning the history of Santa Barbra along with the stories of the paranormal encounters was interesting. I would definitely take this tour again if ever in the Santa Barbara area.

Fun Tour! - This tour is a fun and unique way to spend an evening in Santa Barbara. My tour started off at a winery, a quintessential Santa Barbara experience, and allowed the group to get to know each other and created great energy for the tour. Julie is an animated and passionate storyteller who made sure we were entertained. It was fun to walk around the older areas of downtown and learn a little about the history and myths of this charming city.

It was great - I normally don't like ghost tours, because the pacing is either too fast or too slow. It is difficult for me to hear as is, being hard of hearing. That being said, I went back in October and had a great time. I really liked my guide, everything was perfect for my needs, and she showed us this one spot that had me really immersed in the lore. Oh, I almost forgot! The wine portion of this was one of the best parts, well worth the upgrade. I got my money's worth. The one thing I wish they had was a way to tip ahead of time or to adjust it afterwards so that I could add a tip when it was over. Super fun and cool experience - especially if you are new to the area! - I really liked how many different places we walked to and how it all flowed together into one experience. It was also super personalized in that everyone could contribute to the conversations on the tour.

From the murals at the USPS to the ancient Chinese and Japanese burial grounds to the houses of ill repute (and trust me there’s much much more), Julie draws you in with insightful and fascinating anecdotes that inform and educate both ghost lovers and history buffs. An added bonus was Julie’s interest in sharing her knowledge of the Chumash people and their influence on the region’s rich history. That in itself was an unexpected but very much appreciated addition. Yes, folks this a ghost tour and a fantastic one at that, but it’s so much more. And Julie’s knowledge and enthusiasm are captivating.

Fun Evening - We had a wonderful time, both at the wine tasting venue (Silver Lake) and with our guide throughout the evening. It was fun, entertaining and interesting. We would recommend to others for sure!

False Advertisement - This was a very disappointing experience. I did similar tours before in various states. This tour was “false advertisement”. We didn’t received “snacks or nibbles” as was advertised. We got Halloween candies. No wine tasting at all. Only one glass of wine from a bar (menu priced $10.00) The story telling was good at the beginning. After two stories the content shifted to personal stories.
