Our selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is sourced directly from the nearby farmers’ market.
The workshop is interactive, with our culinary specialist guiding you through the selection of proper ingredients and the various stages of meal preparation. You’ll cook alongside us, and we’ll provide you with detailed recipes for each dish, enabling you to recreate them in your own kitchen.
Upon concluding the cooking workshop, we’ll indulge in a delightful Italian aperitif followed by a sumptuous meal. The dining experience includes regional wines and authentic Italian coffee. Please note that a minimum of two participants is required.

After a lengthy tour of family-operated stands and shops in the Sanremo fruit and vegetable market, you will gain access to top-tier local produce in season. Our captivating host will not only help you cook pasta and accompanying sauces, but will also guide you in making a delicious Italian dessert, a traditional Ligurian starter, and a main dish. The highlight of the experience is a delightful shared meal! The recipes are easy to replicate in your own kitchen.
