Experience one of Bermuda’s oldest natural wonders on this 6.5-hour tour of Crystal Caves, with entrance fees included. Enjoy a 2-hour swim at Horseshoe Beach, Bermuda’s most popular beach. Discover the stunning caverns and limestone formations as you stroll along a floating pontoon pathway underground. Afterwards, visit the capital, the City of Hamilton, for shopping or dining along Front Street, which is lined with boutiques, retail stores, and restaurants. Conclude your adventure with a visit to the pink sands of Horseshoe Bay, where you can swim in the warm, crystal-clear waters. Please remember to change into dry clothes before boarding the bus.
Minimum age requirement: All participants must be at least 3 years old.
- Reservations for the Crystal Cave are made by us for the whole group. Booking cut-off time is 11pm. - At least 10 hours prior to start time.

- Entrance Fee to the Crystal Cave included ONLY IF BOOKED AFTER AUG 18, 2024.
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund

Tours depart on time but can be adjusted according to ship arrival. Please check in 30 mins before departure. Look for the TOUR sign. Meet at the end of the cruise ship pier (between Heritage Wharf & Kings Wharf). If you don’t see us, ask the Transport Coordinators for help. DO NOT LEAVE THE PIER.

Such a great tour! We had... - Such a great tour! We had the perfect amount of time at each stop. Andre was super knowledgeable and super sweet. 10/10 would recommend and go again!

A Great Tour on a Fantastic Day - My sister and I did this tour on Wednesday 9/10/25 and it was great! Andre is such a great guide and gave us a thorough introduction to the island, as well as great recommendations for shopping and dining in Hamilton as well. He took us through the itinerary as planned in an air conditioned vehicle and even gave us a glimpse of hope when it rained (we were hopeful of going to the beach and luckily the rain stopped when we arrived at Horseshoe Bay). Overall a fantastic tour. Highly recommended!

Excellence personified - This tour exceeded my expectations! From the moment we got off the ship, they were ready and waiting with clear signage. The boss lady, Ms Juanita pronounced my name correctly and everything 😂. Now, let’s talk about my amazing tour guide Mr Andre. He was beyond knowledgeable about every aspect of the island. His wisdom and experience being a native proved so useful as we contemplated returning for another visit. The sites we saw were breathtaking! The crystal caves were beautiful, and the shopping was fun. I explained to Mr Andre as we boarded that I read the previous reviews and saw the mixed feelings. However; I suggest you judge for yourself and read too much into the negative (untruths). While very punctual, Mr Andre was more than lenient with time at each stop. When we return to Bermuda, we WILL be looking him up!

Excellence personified - Where do I begin?…Mr Andre was nothing short of amazing! He went above and beyond for my family and I. I explained to him at the beginning of the tour that I read the reviews. All I can say is don’t believe the negative hype. While punctual, he was very lenient without time in all of the stops. He was beyond knowledgeable in every aspect of the island from history to real estate. Next time I visit this beautiful island, I WILL be looking for Mr Andre!

Wonderful - Wonderful and excited experience. Walking down narrow and slippery steps, almost 200 feet underground to see the amazing crystal. It is worth and must see in Bermuda!
After the visit, just across the street to enjoy a cocktail at Swizzle Inn!

Nice tour with transportation and seeing the highlights in Bermuda. - Cave tours was a good stop. We also had plenty of time for the beach. The shopping portion was not enough time to do much but grab a bit of food. The tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

RUDE Tour Operators - Would have rated 0 if I could. I was deeply dissatisfied with this tour and the behavior of the tour operator. We spent 15–20 minutes searching for her and located her with seven minutes still remaining before the scheduled departure. Tour ticket instructions indicated that we should look for someone holding a sign, but she never had a sign. Instead of assisting us or acknowledging the confusion, she immediately accused us of being late and of delaying the entire group. When I attempted to clarify that we had been trying to find her for nearly twenty minutes, she dismissed my explanation and continued to chastise us in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. We did not continue the excursion because of her unprofessional behavior.

Professional & Strong Criticism - This tour company demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism. As a service-based business, your foremost duty is to ensure the well-being and care of your customers. Instead, our group of nine—including two elderly passengers over 85 years old—was left stranded on the street, without any attempt to contact or assist us.
Abandoning paying customers in such a manner is not only irresponsible but also shows a complete disregard for safety, basic courtesy, and the fundamental values of the hospitality industry.

Tiffany - Experience
We joined this tour and experienced serious inconvenience. Even though we returned at the instructed time, the bus had already left. Calls to the company went unanswered, and no one returned our messages. We were left waiting in the hot sun for over an hour, which was especially unfair to the elderly in our group. This showed a clear lack of responsibility.
Company Response
The situation worsened with the company’s response. Instead of addressing our concerns, they blamed customers and replied disrespectfully in public. Such dismissive behavior reflects poor professionalism and disregard for customer concerns.
Conclusion
A service business should value customers, show respect, and take responsibility. From our experience and their public reply, this company failed in both professionalism and customer care. We are very disappointed and strongly advise travelers to consider other options before trusting them with their vacation.
