A must-do in the Colchagua Valley is enjoying lunch amidst the stunning vines at the heart of Finca de Apalta. This experience is enhanced by the renowned chef Francis Mallmann’s signature touch and an extensive wine list featuring various vintages of Montes wines and others from the Colchagua Valley. The menu includes meat, fish, and vegetables prepared with different types of fire in a specially designed dome at the restaurant’s center, where guests can watch the grilling, smoking, and baking of ingredients for the dishes.

Stroll through the beautiful vineyards with a stunning view of the Valley. Visit the Barrel Room, where the finest wines rest and mature, accompanied by Gregorian chants.
