The story of Casa Marín begins with the vision of its founder, winemaker, and owner, María Luz Marín. The vineyard’s narrative is best captured by the tale of how this woman overcame challenges to create a unique vineyard producing fine and exclusive wines.

Despite the challenges posed by geography, cold climate, and skepticism, she succeeded in establishing a company whose wines have received global accolades, elevating Chile’s reputation with high-quality wines of significant market value.

This culinary venture opened in December 2023, founded by three women: a mother and her daughters, Pamela, Lina, and Giovanna. With Italian roots and extensive culinary expertise, they share a passion for exceptional service and cuisine. Each contributes to a different aspect of the restaurant, uniting to create Bianco Restaurant, located within Viña Casa Marin.

Bianco offers a seasonal Mediterranean-style menu featuring local ingredients from Lo Abarca and nearby areas. Each dish is crafted to complement the exquisite Casa Marin wines.

Casas del Bosque is among the most esteemed wineries in the Casablanca Valley. Situated in the Las Dichas sector, this distinctive location is closest to the Pacific Ocean, making it the coolest and a leader in cool-climate wine production.
