- squirrel eye brewing - Squirrel Eye Brewing is a 100% Salvadoran independent microbrewery and our first stop in this evening. Passionate about what they do, they dedicate time and love to achieve the best beer. The goal is to serve an excellent product so that our costumers have extraordinary experiences. Have your first sampler of the evening (4 x 6 oz), with a tapa for pairing, in a minimalist bar with dimmed lights and lots of stainless steel of their production plant at sight.
