Group of teenagers loved it! - We brought our group of high school students to Lidiana's class and farm and were absolutely delighted by everything. Want to really test how well something like this is executed? Bring a group of teenagers to it at the end of a long day of hiking. It could have been a recipe for disaster, but instead it was one of the highlights of the trip, with amazing food and an absolutely wonderful family to enjoy it with. Bring your family and enjoy an amazing experience!!

Wonderful Experience - Our family of four (including my 17 year old son) all loved this evening. Smiles from the time we got there. Lidian and her sons Aaron and Edison were amazing hosts, warm and welcoming. We started with a tour of their garden, then made the best dinner we’ve had in a long time (my kids even agree), and finished with a short night walk in their yard. Warm hugs to say good by.

Wonderful experience with beautiful hosts! - The dinner was delicious and it was such fun to learn and to join in the cooking experience. The tour of the garden to gather salad ingredients was fun and informative. We spotted Toucans and the sloth that hangs out in the trees on the property. After dinner the family went out of their way and took us out to search for amphibians! Such a great evening and one we’ll always remember as a highlight of our trip!

The Best Cooking Experience - This was an incredible experience for a cooking class. The hosts have a very loving spirit that shows in the meal. You get incredible information about gardening, cooking, wildlife, and local news. This is not a drink and get drunk production commercial class. This class is going to someone's home and enjoying the great outdoors, picking part of your meal and then preparing it and all it has to offer. It was so much fun, I hated to leave. I recommend booking a room the night of your cooking class so you don't have to leave. I will always do this when I go to Costa Rica!!!

Great cooking experience with lovely hosts - The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. We got to cook our entire dinner and leaned a lot about produce un Costa Rica. We walked through the farm and picked ingredients for our dinner. Altogether an awesome experience.

Highlight of the trip - This was the highlight of our Costa Rica trip. Lidiana and Eddie are so lovely and felt right at home. The food was delicious, property was stunning, and we learned so much! We will definitely be back :)

Amazing, authentic experience with an incredible family! - Lidiana, Eddy and Aaron are fantastic, beautiful people and were very friendly hosts for my wife and 2 daughters. It was a fun experience with lots of learning, laughing, cooking and eating. I would highly recommend this experience for others!

A Very Fun Culinary Experience 👩🏼‍🍳 - This experience was nothing short of exceptional! The Rojas provided such a positive and warmth environment. My family walked out of the experience with smiles on our faces and a new found love of Costa Rican food! The freshness of the food, the authenticity of the recipes, and the genuine warmth of the family create an unforgettable experience that will leave you craving for more. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

A Lovely Eveninig - The Rojas family was very welcoming. We made mojitos, arroz con pollo, plantains and yucca, and friends. It was a very warm, engaging evening. We started with a tour of their organic farm, selecting vegetables and herbs for our dinner. Everyone got involved and we enjoyed ourselves. We got to see a sloth who inhabits a tree in their backyard and tree frogs that live in their front yard. Now all we need are the recipes for the food we cooked! Please email them.
