Excellent - Our Manu Guide, very good totally recommended, handled perfectly the area and knowledge of the Geyser, not only geographical but also that data that makes the experience very good, we saw Vicuñas, Flamencos and enjoyed the sunrise seeing the colors of the water with the sun.

Guides very prepared and punctual - We made two tours with Layana: valle de la Luna and geysers del tatio. On both tours we had quite cordial and punctual attention. We arrived and left the place as scheduled. In addition, the guides of both tours demonstrated extensive knowledge about the site and managed to pass on much of it with the participants of the tours. The agency also stood out for presenting precautions and certain needs to carry out the tour with greater tranquility, such as appropriate clothing, use of sunscreen, take additional water, headache medicine, etc.

Excellent guides - Excellent tour, Carolina is a great guide, knowledgeable and dynamic! Enterprise punctuality was excellent in all the tours we took. Also mention Manu guide, very funny!

Spectacular and cold!! - Stunning tour, an intense cold but with the explanations of our guide Manu Moya passed in nothing! Super interesting with cinema landscapes. Manu’s masterful explanations making the complicated simple plus a point of master humor.

The most - Holis wanted to comment that 16 June I did my tour with Manuel and cease !! 10/10 !
Although it gave us something cold, nothing that a good laugh did not solve, the van super equipped, comfortable !! they went to look for me at the Hostel.... Anyway it was amazing, they took pictures, explained everything, gave us breakfast,

Unmissable - The contracted tour included transportation, entrance fees and breakfast. Pick-up from the hotel was around 05:00 h and after almost 2 hours of travel arrive to the sector where the Geiser del Tatio are located at an elevation of about 4,200 meters above sea level and with a temperature of -11 °C. The tour takes about 50 minutes where the guide explained each of the geysers visited and at the end of the tour took us to a place to see the sunrise which was beautiful.
After this, we left the grounds and in an esplanade near the geyser sector the guide with the driver prepared breakfast for each of us, which was very comforting (for the time we left the hotel we did not have breakfast and neither is it recommended to have breakfast before this trip).
Continuing with the tour, we already returned to a viewpoint in the Putana Wetland where we could observe different species of birds and where you can also observe the volcano of the same name. At this location the visit lasted no more than 15 minutes.
After this, we were taken to a small town called Vado Machuca where we stayed for about 20 to 30 minutes and then headed back to San Pedro.
Without a doubt this visit is a must, even if you have to dawn, as the geysers are impressive and seeing the sunrise in that place is spectacular, despite the cold and the height.
Mention aside our guide Andrea and the driver who prepared us a rich breakfast.

Geysers El Tatio - The incomparable landscapes, beautiful postcards, but lacked preparation by the guide Estefania, in fact to attend to a girl who decompensated were more concerned the driver and assistant Juli. Perhaps they could have carried a self-contained team or those small oxygen tubes to save the situation. And from the agency, they should not have coordinated a tour that requires overnight stays at least a couple of days in certain height conditions to people who arrived the day before. Or at least, to have informed them about it.

I do not recommend the guides of this agency - Geysers, wonderful. The driving, wonderful. The guides, pretty weak.
I think more attention or preparation is lacking in the guides of this company.
For the Geysers they left 30min later than indicated, we didn't arrive on time. The guide explained little and nothing during the trip. Little on the ground, little on culture, little on everything 😞
How we had tours with other companies we could compare with other guides and really, it was due.
It is worth mentioning that with this company we also went to the Valley of the Moon and the guide performed similarly, low.
