Highlights
  • Puerto Morelos - Begin with pickup at your hotel in Cancun or the Riviera Maya, then travel to Mayan Jungle Rush, where your experience begins in a jungle setting.

Start by soaring through the trees on a series of ziplines, then cross hanging bridges that challenge your balance while offering a unique view of the forest canopy.

Return to the ground and trade your zipline harness for a ATV, then follow a guide down rugged jungle trails, bumping over rocks and roots surrounded by thick forest. Finish the day Yucatan style by cooling off in a cenote: you can zipline, cliff-jump, or take the stairs into the underground pool, which is part of a massive limestone cave system carved by freshwater.
Return to base to refuel with a light snack (photos of the day are available for purchase), then make the return trip to Cancun and the Riviera Maya, where this tour concludes.

SO FUN! - This was such a fun experience! We signed up through our hotel for Zip lining, ATVs, and a cenote. Ricardo/Ritchie and Lalo were super nice and always prioritized safety. All the staff are easy going and friendly. The tacos were delicious and the photo package for 11 people was roughly $300. I'd definitely recommend this tour and would do it again

Thrilling Adventure with Mixed Reviews - Our recent Mayan adventure in Mexico was a rollercoaster of excitement and mixed feelings. Led by the fantastic Berto, the day was packed with adrenaline-pumping activities and cultural experiences. Berto deserves a round of applause for his infectious humor and dedication to ensuring everyone had a blast. From zip lining through the lush canopy to taking the plunge into the refreshing cenote waters, every moment was filled with exhilaration. The ATV ride was another highlight, offering a thrilling exploration of the rugged terrain. And who could forget the tequila tasting, adding a spicy touch to our cultural immersion. However, our enthusiasm took a hit when it came to the horseback riding segment. Despite the picturesque setting, the sight of the horses left us feeling uneasy. They appeared weary and neglected, with no access to water or food on a scorching day. Witnessing some horses struggling to stand on three legs was disheartening, casting a shadow over an otherwise enjoyable experience. The path for the horses to walk was gravel leading to one falling with a child on the back of it. Everyone was okay, i’m just hoping the horse was not punished as its hooves probably don’t walk well on the rugged terrain/ gravel. In conclusion, while Berto and the array of activities provided ample excitement and fun, the welfare of the horses left much to be desired. It's essential for tour operators to prioritize the well-being of all animals involved in these experiences to ensure a truly enriching and ethical adventure for all participants.

Awesome safe time. - Riviera Maya Rush is amazing. We had an awesome time with them. We felt very safe and very well taken care of. Our guides were awesome. The only thing I would recommend is making sure that you either use their transportation or get correct directions. We were 2 hours late because Google maps took us to the wrong place and we ended up in the middle of the jungle with no one to help us. They do not have any signage that tells you “Maya Jungle Rush” so we drove past it multiples. Even though we were late we still got an amazing personal experience. Highly recommend with transportation.

Hard on the sales - Right when we got there, they said they'd give us 15min to browse the store, but it turned into an hour as we were waiting around for the zipline. There was 20 of us, so 60ft of zipline (4 20ish feet lines about 30ft off the ground) took an hour. Right when we got there, they said they didn't want us to bring our phones. That way they could sell us the photos for 150$ that they had their junior photographer take. The "Privilege" of locking up our phones would cost 7$ USD, not mentioned in the description. So not only could we not take our phones to record the event, we had to pay to lock them up. Then, I was told I'd need to buy some sunglasses and a bandanna for the ATV's as it gets dusty. I declined, and it really didn't get that dusty as my gf's ATV broke down every 2 minutes or so - so it made for slow going. On the upside, staff was relatively friendly (and stretched thin so I get it) and the water hole was neat. It was an experience, but not one I'd recommend. If they could concentrate on making sure you had fun, rather than trying to fleece evey last cent out of you, it'd be a much better experience.

Tourists are cash cows - Be aware. Buy the $7 insurance to cover yourself for the atv’s. I did not, lesson learned. Didnt know that the ATV path is nothing but rocks and dust. As we were riding through the jungle, my oldest rolled over a rock and lost control as the breaks did not slow the atv down immediately and had an accident. She was fine. The items that the manager said were damaged during the incident were already damaged (although he wasnt there nor did they take pics of the “damages” at the scene nor did I because we couldn’t have our phones). I found this out because I purchased the vid and photos they took during our trip. So I disputed the scam and they gave me less than half of my money back. Dont like how they charge for damages that were proven to exist prior to accident. Buy insurance because tourists are cash cows.

Horrible - The transportation services were horrible!! We were left in the jungle!! Then had to get into different vans just to get transported off of the excursion property to the highway! It was very scary considering it was 3 women together at night and the place was closed!
