The staff team is amazing! - I had a great experience. Brayam in particular went the extra mile! He was so attentive and welcoming. I appreciate the dedication he had towards the other guests and I. I also really enjoyed the hospitality Yaki the bartender extended to my brother and I. She was amazing! I felt welcomed all around.

A Great Evening of Family Fun!! - It was a blast! The tour guide, Altura (this may or may not be correct, he's aka Flaco) was great!! If you weren't comfortable doing something, you could easily sit it out. You'd just slightly be called a pollo. Jokingly of course...

9/10 experience - Angelo, was very nice in walking through the entire few hours with us and the views were amazing. The atv was a little bumpy, ziplining+cenote was so beautiful, and tequila+food was super good.

Good Experience with a precaution - This was very enjoyable for both our 18/21 year old sons and us parents. We arrived a bit early, and they took us as our own group instead of waiting for other groups to arrive, so that was nice. The ATV ride was surprisingly fun for all of us. I suggest each person get their own ATV as I think it would be pretty difficult to hang on as a passenger. Insurance is $7 extra per ATV, and a locker is $6. This was our first zip line experience, so it was definitely intense as beginners. It was great though as well. The cenote was really cool and the area of the cenote had a bar for after swimming. The tacos were ok, as expected. This was a bit of a bummer, though, as the eating time seemed to be the “upsell” time. The picture package was a shame. They do a great job taking photos and videos, but the initial price is ridiculous. I didn’t feel like haggling, so I made a low ball offer to try and end it. They came back with a few counters, but I was an irritated at how high it was priced to start, so I didn’t feel like making a purchase. Also, the additional food and drinks were insanely priced, even for tourists. The bar at the cenote was more inline with what I expected, though. All-in-all, I would recommend it for a few hours of fun, just be prepared for the “upsell” at the end. That part of it kind of soured my attitude about the entire experience, but it does not change the fact that we had fun.

Lots of fun! - We had a great time! My tour guide, Pepperoni, was excellent—knowledgeable and fun. The only suggestion I have is about the photo pricing. Charging $50 per person for pictures feels too steep. If you reduced the price—maybe cut it in half—more people would likely buy them. That would give you more word-of-mouth advertising and happier customers. After all, taking and sending digital photos isn’t a very costly process.

Not good - Just okay. They only pickup at certain hotels. Makes it inconvenient for families.. workers not very happy.
