Tour guide is amazing - Booked through the cruise line. You have to rent a locker for $10 to put you things in bc they like to keep the boat clutter free for viewing. The water is so clear u can see everything. The boat ride was great. Our guide Rooster was great. He took us to sunken ships and when he saw sea animals he always circled around to give us time to take pictures. The only downside was how hard it was to get in and out of the boat. I would book this again if i ever go back

Great experience! - Great customer service, Viator accidentally overbooked our tour so we had to wait for the next one. Our crew, Jose & Haval were very accommodating, played good music and showed us the sights. The transparent boat experience was amazing! We saw a stingray, a giant Tortuga, starfish, and all kinds of fish! Highly recommended!!

Being able to see the... - Being able to see the whole sea floor and the aquatic life is so fun. This is my second time and still fun to do with new people.

Good to see you a nice short tour - Clear boat was very interesting. Cloudy water. Couldn't see too much. There's not much else to say. I don't know why you don't just finish the damn survey

Amazing! - I loved Luis our tour guide . The boat was great and snorkeling for the first time was amazing! My only complaint would be not enough snorkeling time. I would have loved to go to a different reef and spend more time in the water . Too much time was spent at the ship wrecks. It was a wonderful experience overall!

Was good - I loved it but the snorkeling part was way too short! They took us to see ship wrecks and starfishes but the actually snorkeling part felt like 12 minutes.

Fun and beautiful boat tour - The staff was great, the experience was fun. The boat and water were really beautiful to see. The office was easy to find. Life jackets, drinks, and snorkel masks (no flippers) were provided. The boat ride showed some fun things like sunken ships and starfish. My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 16, 11, 8 and 4) all enjoyed it. We all did wish the boat ride was a bit shorter and the snorkeling portion was a bit longer. My 11 year old got a bit sea sick, so if you’re prone to that, might take a Dramamine beforehand. Also, once we arrived, we were told not to apply sunscreen because it was too slippery for the boat. So if you need sunscreen, be sure to apply before going to the meeting place. Over all a good experience and worth the money spent.

worth it! - Luis was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. They worked with us through a problem with our reservation and went above and beyond! 4 stars is becuase the tour was advertised as 1 hr 45 mins but they said 1 hr 30 when we checked in.

Got sick, didn't go - We didn't make it to our excursion. We were infected by some other passengers and therefore thought it best not to pass it on to your customers. However, the friends that we booked with were turned away because you couldn't find their booking.

Worst experience ever - Glass bottom boat. Sounds cool right? NOT. Boat is extremely slippery. Multiple customers fell. An older couple had difficulty getting onto the boat from the dock and were helped by other customers not Cozumel Fun Excursions. Company should be named Cozumel R-U-N Far away From Excursion. I am an agile person and the staff had us place our wet feet on the top rail of the boat and jump into the water. No ladder, no back entry off the boat. I slipped on the top rail, fell backwards back into the glass boat striking my shoulder and head on the bottom of the boat. Boat driver did nothing. Other customers came to my aid. Tour operator, who was already in the water, said “just come in the water and it will make your head feel better”. WOW. UNBELIEVABLE. I’m fortunate to have escaped with a bruised head, shoulder and knees. No concussion. More concern was shown by my companions on the boat than the operators. Crappy snorkeling btw, and what operator takes you snorkeling without fins??!! Only snorkelled for 15 minutes seeing only a few fish. We got into the boat by ladder. What? A ladder?? And why wasn’t this used to get into the water!! They showed us lots of cement under the water from the last hurricane that tore through Cozumel. Sea junk?! We did see starfish and 2 old ships that were purposely sink. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
