Carlos and Omar are classy dudes - Carlos and Omar were outstanding we had a great time on our Snorkel tour. I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a personalized experience with first class service. You also get to use the the Tortugas Beach Club after your snorkel tour.

You will NOT be disappointed!!! Perfect family excursion!!! - This was a fabulous trip!! Carlos and Manny did an exceptional job taking our family of five (47, 45, 24, 19, & 16) to 3 snorkeling spots. We had the chance to see many coral reefs, fish, starfish and SEA TURTLES!! We ended the trip with snacks and drinks hanging around the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our crew’s energy, enthusiasm, and kindness during the excursion!! I especially loved having the boat ALL to ourselves for the trip!! *There is a 30ish minute drive in the boat out to the snorkeling and back to the resort - but, honestly, this was my favorite part. It is a GORGEOUS view from the boat!! *The taxi from the RC port cost approx $40 both ways for our family of 5. We just walked outside the port area and asked for one. Super easy! *The extra $6/per person that they charge when you arrive is well worth it as it allows you to stay as long as you like at the resort after your excursion. There is access to food, drinks, bathrooms, and fun water inflatables! This was an EXTRA bonus that we loved and were not expecting!! *They take a photo of your group upon arrival. Though it may sound cheesy, this ended up being the BEST souvenir from our trip!! *You cannot wear sunscreen during your trip in order to protect the sea life. WEAR SWIM SHIRTS! My boys were “crispy” when all was said and done, lol. *If I had a slight criticism it would be this…They do take pictures and videos of your trip. These were amazing - but very pricey. However, purchasing this is completely optional.

Fun visit with excellent snorkeling and food - Charlie and Carlos were excellent guides and companions. We had a wonderful time, stopped at several interesting snorkeling sights, and enjoyed the ocean. The boat was in excellent condition, the food and drinks were fantastic. 5/5.

Enjoying it. Cute beach bar village. - We went on El Gordooo for a snorkeling trip from Tortugas Snorkel and Beach Bar. The little village of shops at the beach bar was cute. We had a beer then hit the boat. The snorkeling was excellent. On each reef we started on one side and drifted with our guide and photographer to the other end where we got picked up. We saw a lobster, 2 sea turtles, and loads of pretty fish. We ended at a sandbar where lots of boats parked and hung out. That's where we had fresh ceviche for lunch with drinks. The photos were expensive but worth it, because they cane out really great. Overall, great experience. Would happily tour with them, again.

Private Snorkeling - Awesome time on the water with lunch and drinks included. This is a must do when visiting Cozumel. Carlos and Manny are the best. We will definitely be back.

The BEST private boat excursion! - Wow! We had an amazing crew: Carlos & Manny who took us to 3 different snorkling spots. We traveled with our 13 & 9 year old and an elderly family member. They catered to each of our needs as our swimming experiences varied. Able to take our own photos but Manny also captured many professional shots for us too! Gigantic starfish, nurse shark, barracuda, sting rays, and so many other fishes to see. We were surprised of the high price of a taxi ride for 5 people. (Over 4 people, they charge double so it cost us $30 one way for a 15 min ride to the beach pier.) Carlos and Manny whipped up an amazing spread to eat: guacamole & crispy chips, fresh pineapple and a well seasoned ceviche. We did see other boats which had huge groups of people which made us so glad that we booked our own private boat. You won't be sorry if you book through this company!

Amazing snorkeling tour!! - Absolutely amazing! Worth every penny!! I booked this tour for our day in Cozumel instead of a cruise excursion. It was the first time snorkeling for both my daughter (11 yr.) and my sister - and it was so much better than my first time (which was on a cruise excursion). They attended to our every need and we're were able to take the time to make sure both of them were comfortable. My daughter didn't stay in the water the entire time, but that wasn't a problem! Carlos and Omar were the best... They made sure we had everything we needed, felt taken care of, and took us to 3 locations. The photographer got many amazing pictures -we just had to have them! I never want to snorkel any other way again.

At the start of the day... - At the start of the day we were told we would not be able to go to El Cielo due to high winds, however Oscar took us to 2 other snorkeling destinations that my kids loved! They also took us to a beautiful remote beach. We had an amazing time! The ceviche and drinks were great !

Not a proper experience - Our activities were completed in 3 hours even though they promised 4 hours. Food was very limited. Not enough beers on board for 6 people. And they expected a lot from us even though we paid 500 usd and our activity was completed way before. Do not recommend.
