Great Tour and Value - We enjoyed our excursion with Jony that included e-biking and snorkeling. It was a perfect fit for what my husband and I were looking for. Jony was great tailoring the tour to our interests. He was knowledgeable, personable and perceptive. We would book again with Jony and Beach Bum.

Do it!!! - This excursion was the highlight of our trip in Cozumel. Our guide Johny was very informative, patient and kind. It was our first time riding e-bikes & snorkeling & Johny made it simple and very exciting! He did not pressure us to do or buy anything. The Sky reef resort was very nice and the guy who took pictures of us snorkeling was very friendly and great too! We had plenty of time to get back to our cruise ship…We Highly recommend this tour!!!

Great Cozumel Excursion - We enjoyed our e-bike and snorkle excursion. The meeting spot is a short walk from the Carnival port which we enjoyed because we wanted to walk around town a little. Our group was just our family of 6 (ages 14-49). We loved biking in the dedicated bike lane with our guide, Jony. The bikes are easy and fun to ride. The snorkle time at Sky Reef was also fun. We saw several different types of colorful fish. The current was a little strong that day so it did take some effort to swim back to the stairs at the beach once we finished. We were able to store our items in a locker for a small fee. There are bathrooms and showers available also. There isn't beach area to hang out on, it's really just get in the water and snorkle or sit at a covered table at the ocean side restaurant/bar. There are pictures to purchase and places to shop. We didn't eat or drink because there wasn't a lot of extra time and we didn't feel like we needed to. We had an issue with one of the bikes on the way back. We realized we didn't really have a system for letting our guide know. On the way out he had looked back and checked on us often. On the way back, he stayed up front and wasn't really looking back. Once we got his attention he was very attentive and helpful. Everyone at the office and at the resort was really friendly. The excursion was exactly 3 hours long so we had time to shop and snack before and after. It was a great way to see part of the island and enjoy a great afternoon trying something new!

Best Day in Cozumel - Our 1st E-Bike experience was absolutely the Best. We had a private ride with Jony who was the best guide ever!! He provided assistance during our ride, helped get us lockers for our belongings, provided assistance with getting our snorkel gear adjusted and on in the water and even was in the water and available if we needed help while we were snorkeling. We invited him to join us for a quick bite before we headed back. 10 out of 10!! Would absolutely do this tour again and would request Jony. Thank you for a memorable day in Cozumel.

Making the best of it - Despite the hurricane that came through the day before, they made the most of our experience and helped us enjoy a very pleasant ride through Cozumel.

Oregon family enjoyed Beach Bum Cozumel! - Our tour guide Mauricio was fantastic! He was polite, professional, fun and treated us very well. E-bikes were a blast to ride and our stop at Sky Reef was so much fun!

Exhilarating & fun day - 5 stars - This tour was excellent, my daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed every minute from the fun e-bike ride along the coast to our snorkeling spot. The snorkeling was beautiful & we saw many colourful fish, even an octopus. Our tour guide Milton made this a memorable experience, he was friendly, knowledgeable & prioritised our safety at all times. The e-bikes were like new & very well maintained. This tour was a highlight of our trip & we’d recommend it to everyone. Thank you Milton!

Tour was good. However.... - Our tour guide was great. The tour and snorkeling was good. However... when you get to the snorkeling spot you wil be offered a tequila tasting. THIS IS A SCAM! You will sample fantastic tequila and they will sell you absolute sh*t. Don't be sucked in by the stories, instead try every single one of their good samples and BUY NOTHING! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

Yuck - Terrible experience with this excursion. Disorganized and not safe. Poor customer service. Stay away.

The tours are crap and will waste your limited time on the island. - Don't do the tours. They will take you to places that pay them to get traffic through the door. i.e. they get a kick back for taking you to places that want to sell you something you don't want at very high prices. They often partner with a Tequilla place that is a total rip off. You don't want to spend your time in a sales pitch room being sold stuff you don't want. Find a better tour or just rent the bikes.
