Highlights
- Cozumel Snorkel Center - We’ll visit some of the most amazing reef locations on the island of Cozumel, including a green turtle sanctuary where we can snorkel alongside peacefully in their natural habitat. We also visit ‘El Cielo’ (‘Heaven’) - an incredible natural starfish sanctuary, filled with many bright red & orange starfish on pristine white sands.
Towards the end of the tour, we’ll move on to Cielito, or ‘Little Heaven’. This is a natural sandbank in crystal clear water, where we can simply relax and enjoy freshly prepared snacks and drinks before cruising back to port with the sunset.

Operating a top-notch snorkeling adventure is a family business for us on the Cozumel island. We take you to some of the Caribbean’s most spectacular spots including the renowned ‘El Cielo’. On our tour, we typically include 3 or 4 unique locations showcasing the island’s beauty.
Everything you require for a memorable tour is provided by us, featuring delectable Mexican snacks and chilled beverages. All you need to do is show up and we’ll handle the rest!

Arriving at the Cozumel ferry terminal from playa del carmen please exit and walk to the right side 50 meters away you will see the statue of two eagles and one with a flag pole , there Paulina will be there to welcome you with the cozumel snorkel center t-shirt.

Best day ever ! - Such a fun day! The crew was fabulous, the snorkeling and view were incredible. We saw cute fish, huge starfish, stingrays and turtles!

Best Snorkeling trip - We’ve gone on snorkeling trips and this is the best one! They picked us up on a catamaran at our resorts dock and took us snorkeling in 3 spots! Then we went to El Cielo and had wonderful ceviche! We plan to do one or more trips with them yet while we are here this week!

Best Snorkeling - Best experience snorkeling in Cozumel. Papacito and the boat driver were so funny. They made the best guacamole and took the coolest pics of us snorkeling. Highly recommend to do the trip and ask for them!

Super fun, well worth the cost. - It was amazing. We went to 4 locations. Saw everything on our list. Stingrays, star fish, lobsters 🦞, turtles 🐢, millions of fish. Guide was super nice. Only thing to think about is to put your sunscreen before you get on the boat 🚤.

The marine life was... - The marine life was amazing, sea turtles, starfish, and stingrays. The ceviche our captain, Marcos, made for us was so delicious!

Don’t book this tour. - Told to meet at the dock at 12:45. We got a call at 12:10 tell g us we are late and were scolded by the crew, and ridiculed behind our backs. Paid in full through Viator, and then told we had an additional balance. Classic bait and switch, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

False Advertising! - Rip off! This tour is advertised as "Cozumel Turtle Sanctuary Tour." We did not visit a turtle Sanctuary! We were in the open ocean over a coral reef. There were NO turtles! We questioned when we would see the turtles, and we were told "it's a big ocean. We don't know where they are today."
The star fish are underwhelming and the rest of the tour felt like filler.
Additionally, the tour operators made nearly zero attempt to communicate with us in English even though they were bilingual. Oh, except at the end of the tour when they demanded a tip!
If you have never snorkeled before there are better places on Cozumel. Don't waste your money with this tour! You can see better fish and coral off the shore at Sky Reef, and it's free!
