Recommend! - Great trip! Great staff! Encountered sea turtles, mantas, star fish, morenes and lots of fish. Beer and nice people☺️

Awesome!! - We had a wonderful time!! Saw 4 huge turtles!! Tons of starfish!! And several stingrays!! It was well worth the $$ !! Would recommend!!!

Amazing snorkeling! - This was awesome!!! We had to go to different reefs due to weather. I was disappointed to miss out on the turtles but this was pretty cool. We snorkled at 3 different reefs and then spent some time on a beach with homemade guacamole (literally he made it on the boat) and chips. We saw stingrays and barracudas and so many beautiful fish! Best snorkel experience other than Hawaii. The guides were amazing!!! Be aware even with reef safe sunscreen they only allow you to use a little before you leave and there’s no reapplying. Naturally our backs were pretty burnt by the end. Our boat wasn’t overloaded like some reviews I saw of tours. You do have to wear a life belt while the boat is going to and from the marina but can remove while snorkeling if you’re a strong swimmer. We used them at times to float on but took them off to dive down. The meeting spot is on the far side of the marina. Bathrooms at marina weren’t great but on par with a lot of marinas. Cab ride was $10 and less than 10 minutes. Cabs were also available when we returned. My family really enjoyed this one, even the teenagers! Definitely recommend.

Plan B for the win!! - Excellent experience. Because of the winds we had to go with plan b which they emailed us the evening before and said they would give us a full refund if we chose not to go. We went and are so glad we did. The crew took us to other areas to snorkel and made it a really fun day!!! We can’t control the weather but still got to have fun and see some cool reefs and fish!!

Beautiful waters - Water was a bit rough. It was a long boat ride out to the location . Saw a lot of starfish, a couple ✌🏻turtles and a lot of stingrays. Wish we could have touched the stingrays. Drinks and Guacamole was a nice tough. Over all a great day.

Friendly and Best Snorkling - Our compadres on this snorkeling tour treated us like family. They knew where to go, took care of our kids who were a little unsure snorkeling for the first time. Some of the best snorkeling we’ve experienced! Having guacamole on the sandbar with the stingrays was amazing. Was a little hard to find the meeting point- the taxi did not recognize the address. But would absolutely recommend!

Spectacular Experience! - We had an exceptionally fabulous time! We got to see turtles and starfish and swim with the stingrays. Kinji made the experience a truly memorable one. We're putting this one on our list of things to do next time we are here!!

Had fun but company overbooked - Our tour guides were Amazing! The homemade guac, fresh fruit, and beer served to us in the water was my favorite!! One of our tour guides even took my camera down to the turtle and got some amazing shots! The only thing I have to complain about is the company clearly overbooked. I took a tour outside of the cruise line bc I try to avoid that. We were supposed to be on a smaller shaded boat and ended up on a catamaran, where some families didn’t even have an actual seat. We left fifteen minutes late, so the beginning of the tour was a bit rushed. But we still enjoyed our tour and my son and I got a cushioned seat right up front. Again our tour guides were amazing!!!

Started Off little CONCERNING ....... - I found your company and this excursion on line! We have done multiple excursions such as this before... never purchasing from the Cruise Ship. I was told that someone would be meeting us at the port as we exited our ship with a Company Sign. No one was there to greet us as we were told. We found a taxi and went to the address... still no one was around or has heard of Viatar???? We waited around and finally found your spot... No one was looking for us!!!! I had TEN People who were trusting me with this excursion! This DID NOT Look Good for YOUR COMPANY as well as myself. So it was a little CONCERNING and FRUSTRATING to start this way. Once we were on the boat and heading out the Excursion was everything and more than we had hoped for. The Crew Members did an Excellent Job! The Diver pointed out lots to see under water. The Snacks were Delicious! Had a Great Time on the boat and in the water. Just felt like you should be a little more organized on how you receive your customers!!!!

Not recommended - The trip was an hour shorter than stated and we had to ask for proper equipment. Locations were changed due to wind but they did give us an option to change or cancel. When arriving back at the marina we waited for a taxi and was told by a tour staff person to just walk. She stated it was a five minute walk. It was 20 minutes. Overall we would not recommend this tour.
