- All passengers must be at least 12 years old and 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall
- Maximum weight to participate in tour is 300 pounds (136 kg)
- A maximum of 5 people. If your group is larger than 5, you will go on 2 different submersions, one right after another
- Guests with recent surgery (within 6 months), pregnant, heart/lungs conditions/medical history, asthma, insulin dependence, epilepsy and/or back/neck problems can’t participate on this tour.
- Maximum age is 65 years old

Best excursion ever! - I would highly recommend this excursion!! We had the time of our lives. We had then take pics. Again, I'd highly recommend that as well. It cost $70, we got 51 photos and 4 videos. They were all amazing. The guide was great. I have problems with my ears when going under water, but we went at such a slow pace that my ears were fine. Our guide kept checking on me to make sure I was good. From fish eating or if my hand to holding conch shells, to watching the fish, everything was great. These are some really good guys. My husband and I were the only ones on this excursion, and they took their time and didn't try and rush through any of it. Do yourself a favor, and do this excursion. The beach area you get to relax in is beautiful.

Mini sub - Excellent experience. Very friendly staff. Great for non swimmers too. One of the best excursions. Highly recommended!!

If you like seeing life underwater and don't want to scuba dive-do this! - Fantastic adventure!!! Seen several different fish and sea life. The crew was wonderful, stayed with us the whole time under water and showed us several different living plant species up close. They are number 1 in safety. Did this excursion in Jan. 2024, going back to Cozumel in Feb. and will be going on the same excursion again. Well worth the time.

BEWARE OF DISK SCAM - Things were amazing under the water. The staff was great, and very informative. THey did take lots of pictures and offered us a 32 GB chip with out underwater photos of our dive. We just got home today (Saturday) we were in Cozumel on Monday.... and SO DISAPPOINTED...... and DISAPPOINTED..... We did spend the $60.00 to have them transfered to a disk for us.... but when we got home.... nothing there.... So, please kindly refund our money, or IF you should still have the pictures on file, a copy would be appreciated.

Mini sub dive tour - My opinion is mixed about this activity. I've done helmet diving before, but this was more challenging. Mainly because you had to dive under the water to get to the helmet and scooter.
I was really disappointed in the way they handled safety instructions. Even though you start across the street in a quiet hotel, they choose to give you instructions once you get to the pier. The pro lem is there is VERY loud music from a band playing 7ft away. You could not hear the instructions and felt uncomfortable because you must know hand signs yo be able to communicate under the water.
However, my 14 year old daughter did enjoy the event.
She loved holding the sting ray, sea urchin, and star fish.

NO REFUND - I did not go on this tour, and they refused to give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I would expect any reputable company to give a refund when the tickets are not used.
