Best walking tour ever !!! - My wife, Joy, and I took this tour on March 30, 2022. It was great!!! The price ($46 each) was a bargain. Gerry was our tour guide and he seemed to know everything about Cozumel's history and still made it very interesting. He answered every question we asked and went out of his way to point things that we are interested in. The length of the tour was just right and ended at a FABULOUS local restaurant for the meal that was included as part of the tour's price. I had the best (by far) enchiladas verde (pollo) that I ever tasted. If I could, I would give this walking tour 6 stars. Next trip to Cozumel we will take another tour with Cozumel Tours Excursions.

Best tour ever! - The best part of this tour was our guide, Gerry. Thanks to him we saw the island thru the eyes of a local. Not only the tourist areas but some hidden gems as well. I highly recommend taking this tour! Thanks!

Highly recommend - Highly recommend. Arturo was knowledgeable and took his job seriously. It was just my wife and I so Arturo personalized parts of the tour. Wear your walking shoes, but there are enough stops to make the three hours go by quickly. The lunch at the end of the tour was fantastic.

Great day - Met Arturo and ended up the only two on the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We took a leisurely walk while learning the formal history of Cozumel as well as many fun little known facts. Tequila tasting was next and so informative and tasty. We came out with an exceptional bottle. The tour ended at an off the beaten path, locals restaurant. We highly recommend this tour. Ask for Arturo!

Cozumel History Walking Tour_The Best Tour Ever!!! - The Cozumel History Walking tour with Eric was outstanding. He was thoroughly enlightened with respect to the history and appreciative of the culture. He gave us an extra-long tour that extended through lunch and his passion for Cozumel and it's its people was infectious. It's apparent Eric has great affection for Cozumel and it's people and we most enthusiastically recommend this tour. It was our best excursion experience in the Western Caribbean. Make sure you ask for Eric!

Eric was a good guide with a passion... -
Eric was a good guide with a passion for Cozumel history. Really enjoyed seeing the various monuments and the meanings behind them. The Cozumel museum of history was quite interesting. They tequila tour that was inserted in the middle sort of came out of nowhere. We were the only 2 people on the tour and got a hard sell to buy tequila. Lunch at a local authentic Cozumel restaurant was great.

Not a good experience!! - First thing about this excursion we had to wait outside in the sun for the tour guide. We had to walk in the hot sunny for one mile or more at a fast pace. The tour guide showed the group a few historical site but mostly we continue to walk through the city. We made a quick stop at a tequila tasting spot. The host was ok until he realized no one in the group wanted to buy the tequila. Then we stop at a crowed store to buy some items and something to drink. And lastly the guide walked the group to a restaurant to have lunch. The tour ended with the guide saying ok I'm leaving you now. And he pointed to his left and said you can get a taxi back to the ship that way. Not a tour i would recommend !
