Marvelous - The experience, wonderful, Jose and Omar, the best. Highly recommended! From minute one you enjoy it a lot, plus it doesn't take long! Lots of beer on board!!!

Great experience - We had a great time on our snorkeling excursion. My husband does not like to get in the water so we figured this was a great way for him to see everything that we see. Our tour guides Memo and David were great. We were a group of 7 and they were very accommodating to us all.

Clear Boat & Snorkel Tour during our Carnival cruise stop in Cozumel - In February, we participated in the Clear Boat & Snorkel Tour during our Carnival cruise stop in Cozumel. This was a great choice! The organizers were efficient and provided us with an experience which was exactly as promised. The boat operators were polite, thoughtful and fun; they made sure that every member of our 7 person family group (age range 3 - 69 yrs) had a great experience. The whole boat was truly clear (amazing!!) which was way more cool than just a window in the bottom of the boat, and the snorkel gear was super - one piece vs a separate snorkel tube & mask. Communication was detailed and timely - we knew where to go and what to expect and payment was easy. Thanks to Viator & Amigo tours!

Highly reccommend - Snorkeling was awesome. Staff was awesome. Seeing all the reefs and starfish and ship wrecks underwater.

Address is wrong - The tour itself was great. However finding the location was very stressful. The address on here is wrong and the people on the phone are not very helpful. They say they sent a message with the address prior but I never received that message. If you are booking this excursion make sure you have the correct address prior to getting to Mexico

Missed our expectations - The clear boat tour missed our expectations. It’s cool of course to be on a transparent boat, but they choose a boring route poorly using this unique opportunity to show sea life and beautiful reefs. Snorkeling was done in a place mostly devoid of corrals (this is in Cozumel!) Also, they took a lot of photos and videos of us, so we counted on it and took very few pics ourselves. At the end of the tour they asked more than $40 USD for digital copies, which I refused given the outrageous price (leaving us with virtually no photos)

Canceled trip refund issues. - My trip was canceled by the vendor, and I can't find where to get a refund. The trip was canceled due to weather or lack of employees for the day and I need a refund.

Dangerous boat - The drop down into the boat was very deep with no railing & the surf was rough rocking the boat so I could get on. My daughter & grandson would not go without me. We should get a refund - a terribly dangerous boat!
