Great Excursion!! - Had a great time ATV’ing through the jungle of Cozumel. The guide was very knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable. The cost of the locker was and they charge for pictures and a video at the end. It took about 2 1/2 to three hours for the entirety.

Jungle Adventure Ride was a Blast - The ride was excellent. The trails through the jungle were great... My wife, who has never ridden a 4-wheeler by herself, had a blast. The Jade Cavern was great, and we saw some pretty unusual wildlife, including bats, turtles, a wild pig, and a very curious Cozumel Coati ( a raccoon-like creature with a long snout). Highly recommend this adventure!

Great family excursion! - We had a great time - Victor was engaging & informative, creative & decisive in solving problems, & I think understood that talking for a long time when there's 4-wheelers to ride would not be received too well by the 8 young people (18 down to 7) we had with us. So he shared great information in short bursts & kept us moving. We had several younger ones who had never ridden ATVs & they loved it.

Fun for sure, but be ready for hiccups. - Overall we had an amazing time, but be ready for lots of little hidden fees and take into account extra time for the potential of a breakdown. Our guild and his helper were great, but the trip was rushed and the leaders ATV broke down mid trip which cost us some more time. I hoped they’d at least give us a free family photo or some sort of partial refund but alas nothing was offered. The tequila tasting was lovely and we ended up buying a bottle of reposado because we loved it so much. The jade cenote was breathtaking and my sons enjoyed the rainy ride through the rainforest.

Good excursion - Very friendly people. But, a few things to keep in mind. They charge $20 once there for some entrance fee. Googles and scarf are $5 each if you want.

Misrepresentation of tour- VERY disappointed - I would not book this. We just did it with my family and it states 2.5 hours and it lasted 50 minutes which included ATV instruction use- signing paperwork and waiting for helmets. I would say we rode 15 minutes and did the cavern for 15 min. The package included Tequila tasting and that was not provided either. Very disappointed that we paid $280.00 for 30 minutes. I have requested a partial refund which I think is generous. Our tour guide was very nice but definitely a misrepresentation of what they provide according to VIATOR description. I would go with another company.

Do NOT book!!!! Undisclosed Fees and ATV Broke Down!!!!!! Do not book!!! - When the five of us arrived, we were told that we each had to pay an additional $20 per person. This was almost half what we paid per person for the experience. This fee was not disclosed, and it was not fair that we were required to pay it before we could start the excursion. During the course of the excursion, one of the ATVs broke down and had to be repaired. I would recommend using a different ATV provider.
