Floating in the wind - The experience of seen a full moon and the sun coming up at the same time was an excellent experience.

What an amazing experience - What an amazing operation they have. They met us with coffee and pastries on time and were very thorough in explaining to us how the excursion was going to work. They drove us to the site and we were able to watch as they set up the balloons. The ride was amazing and smooth even for my wife and 7 year old who were a little nervous about going up. We caught the sunrise and it was gorgeous. The balloon operator was also professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Safe and fun! - Loved our experience. Our host was very informative and we always felt very safe. We were very confident in our captain. Would highly recommend.

Fun adventure to add when visiting San Miguel de Allende! - My friends and I had an amazing experience. The flight attendant and pilot were very knowledgeable and kept us safe during the flight. They showed us how they setup the balloon and answered any questions we had about the landing. It was all very impressive. We went up on the largest balloon they had called El Mambo. The wind picked up a bit during the flight so we got to see a lot of the countryside. We ended travelling about 13km south west of SMA (30min drive). Their team was ready to chase down the balloon for the landing. It was a bit bumpy but it never felt unsafe. It actually added to the adventure! I would definitely try this again on a day where the wind takes you over or close to the city. Nonetheless we had a blast. The whole team especially the flight attendant made sure we had the best experience we could have. You can really tell they love what they do!

Totally professional and safe! - Gr west way to see the city and sunrise. Sunrise was gorgeous!!! Very organized and well planned. Everything was timely and professional. This group has it down.there was no hiccups and felt totally safe!

Amazing! Trustworthy, beautiful and safe - At 5:30 they were waiting for us customers with coffee, tea and some snacks and were ready to give us a briefing and all instructions about the activity. We went in the van to the spot where a professional team was getting ready the balloon. We had been previously asked for our weight and informed about how many people were going in this balloon. The staff even took a lot of pictures for each one of us, and they have a professional photo service for you to have the best memories. Everyone was extremely nice and experienced. We departed and flew for about 50 minutes with the best experience up there! We landed safely, we were told about all precautions but they had it all under control. Thanks a lot to all the team for such a great time!

Hot Air Balloon ride in San Miguel de Allende - The entire experience was amazing, fun and completely safe! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kudos to the Globo Team (especially Tashi and the balloon pilot)! It was one of the highlights of our vacation in San Miguel!

All safety procedures clearly explained. Engaging guide- she took may pictures for us and share fascinating details about the process!

High flying! - I love riding in a balloon and find it thrilling. It’s floating in the air. Must be what a bird feels like. My only disappointment with this experience is that the city of San Miguel does not allow balloons to fly over and we didn’t even get close enough to get a picture of the skyline.

Nice experience - Nice experience from start to finish. The team had coffee and pastries for us in the morning while we signed waivers and waited for the rest of the group. Our guide was very informative, giving us great information about the area to and from the Ballon. Staff is very professional and holds safety as the highest priority. They are also great about taking pictures for you and even have the option for professional pictures/video for an additional cost. Nice music playing while up in the balloon and the pilot pivoted the balloon often so everyone got views of the sunrise. The only thing I wanted more of and is why I didn't give a perfect rating is we didn't travel very far, just really across a field in the country side. I'm not quite sure if that's the normal experience or due to the wind, but I would have liked a little bit more travel in the balloon
