Great way to experience SMA - Touring around five different restaurants and food stalls was simply a lot of fun! I especially liked the 100% veggie tortilla soup that doesn't use chicken broth. Victor, our guide, was very charming and knowledgeable about the region's food culture and context. I learned a lot and am now curious to know more. Highly recommended! P. S. There was a lot of food served during the tour, and we had to skip dinner that day. Just be prepared if you're not a big eater!

Food, learning and laughs - This was one of the highlights of our trip. Our host was on fire from the first second of the tour. Great Mexican food and drink with great stories wrapped around. This was fun! Highly recommended.

Great food tour of SM with Omar!! - Omar Roger was an amazing guide. His knowledge of Mexico and Mexican food was superb. This was our 3rd trip to San Miguel and Omar’s tour was one of the best we’ve ever taken here. I would recommend this tour and Omar to all.

Our guide, Omar, was amazing and he spent a lot of time sharing the history of Mexico and San Miguel and how it all has related to the many tastes of the area. I had never really thought about the connection between history and the food of an area and it, of course, makes perfect sense. The food and drink that we tasted was all so good. Highly recommend this tour.

A Great Experience! - This was a fantastic tour that I thoroughly enjoyed. Vail was quite knowledgeable and had a special way with the tour guests, especially with children. Her passion for the history of San Miguel and the local food clearly shines through!

Great culinary and informational experience - Our guide, Omar was knowledgeable, helpful and had perfect English skills. He had an easy and outgoing manner. The food at each venue was very tasty and ample and there was limited walking between stops. An afternoon well spent!
