JUST BOOK IT ALREADY - We absolutely loved our food tasting experience!!!! There are so many fantastic restaurants in San Miguel de Allende, but to spend an evening with a former chef with an amazing sense of humor and a keen knowledge of authentic Mexican cuisine was priceless. We enjoyed some delicious meals in several locations, and even had a few history lessons along the way. Grateful for such a fun time with Victor

Unique, lovely evening out - Victor was the perfect guide for our food experience. Not only knowledgable about Mexican cuisine, but the history behind it. Nice, friendly, small group of 6 made for a more intimate evening. The 3 1/2 hours flew by.

A exceptional SMA food and cultural experience with an exceptional host! - A great SMA taste experience with an exceptional host! Pascal made the evening with his 5 course selection at different local restaurants AND in depth knowledge of the food/spices/preparation- and bonus - has deep knowledge of SMA -Spain-Mexico history and culture. He has close personal relationships with the owners, managers and employees. Also, passionate knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. All courses were simply delicious and great variety. My favorite was the traditional Chile en Nogada. Viva la Mexico. Close second mole enchiladas. Highly recommend it and ask for Jean Pascal!!

Take this tour!! - The evening food tour was outstanding - some of the very best food of our week in SMA. Each stop came with an excellent cultural, historical and culinary discussion that added so much. Elisa Torres, our guide, was an essential part of the tour’s success - she is great!

Fill up on tasty food and fascinating history! - We were a group of 4 ladies on a girls' trip and we loved our time with Victor! He has an infectious personality, so much passion for food and his country, and shared all kinds of interesting information about what we were eating and the history of SMA/Mexico. I am a firm believer that people should ALWAYS take food tours when they visit a new place and this is one I would highly recommend!
