This was a great... - This was a great experience. Our driver ahd tour guide were excellent, and the hot air balloon ride was amazing.

What a magical experience - We had an absolutely incredible experience with Jaime and Adrián as our drivers. The sunrise balloon ride was magical, would absolutely say this is a must do activity whilst in and around Mexico City!

Patto is perfection! - It was our first time visiting this beautiful country so we booked through Stepping Mexico via a recommendation 🇲🇽 The booking process was seamless, it was very informative and they made sure to try and fit in what we wanted around the time we had. We ended up having SUCH an amazing trip, and was it all down to having Patricia (Patto) as our tour guide! We were lucky enough to be assigned Patto for both days of activites booked for our trip in Mexico City, and she made us feel comfortable and spoilt throughout. Her knowledge is INCREDIBLE and we felt her way of communicating that knowledge was incredibly engaging and fascinating, I so wish she was my teacher when I was in school! To top it off she was also very funny and kind, we are soooo sad to be leaving. We all feel as though we have made a friend for life, we can't wait to come back and book more trips with her! Patto is an incredible asset to this company, and we are so grateful she was part of our journey. Thank you Patto for making it so so awesome! ❤️

Unforgettable experience - We absolutely loved this trip. Jamie was so helpful and we could not recommend him enough. Was so friendly and clear about the day with so much knowledge of Mexico City and brilliant English.

Fantastic day out! - We booked last minute to go and do the balloons and pyramids day, from the start Claudia was really helpful and didn’t mind speaking to me at 10pm. The pick up was at 5am and the from the start the guys were friendly helpful and informative. The balloon ride was amazing, breakfast was delicious and pyramids and museum we really interesting and well worth the visits.Jamie our driver was so informative telling us all about the history and then lots about Mexico City. I would definitely use him again.

Best Value for the Tour. - Pick up was on time. Great Car Accommodation. Driver (Francisco) was super polite and very accommodating. We went over our limit on our trip (2 hours) but he was patient and Every request we made, he did it with a smile. Never complained, always smiling. This is the company you have to book with. It is well worth it. We had the Balloon ride, the Teotihuacan Pyramid tour, and the Basilica of Guadalupe tour (All well worth it).

Perfect trip especially if travelling with kids - The entire experience was great. It was all very well coordinated, including the pickup and dropoff from our hotel. The Ballon ride was magical and the crew was EXTREMELY professional. There was an accident with an unlicensed operator earlier in the week, so working with a certified company made us feel much more calm about it. They also take you very early so you can see the sunrise and also because the later flights do not have any wind to push you over the pyramids which makes the ride better. After the flight we had a delicious breakfast buffet with patios looking onto the pyramids. The tour was great and seeing the ruins up close was awesome. I think we were a little tired at that point, but getting to see and learn about the history picked us up. All in all a really well organized and enjoyable trip. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience with incredible views - We had a fantastic during our Hot Air Balloon trip and excursion around Teotichuan. Adrián from Stepping Mexico was great, rest friendly and there throughout the day to take us to where we needed to be. The hot air balloon ride is incredible, with amazing views over the pyramids at sunrise. Be prepared to get up early as it’s a 5am start, but we’ll worth it! After the balloon ride we got breakfast at a buffet style place which was good. We then did a brief tour of the outside of the pyramids was good. After we stopped at a shop to taste some spirits and look through some local crafts. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Mexico City

This Congress’ Hot Air Is spectacular! - Have you ever read about an activity that makes your mind that sets your mind ablaze? This was one for me. Looking for something to do during my first trip to Mexico City, along with my adult daughter, my eyes instantly zeroed in on this. We both had birthdays this past week, and I wanted this to be her best surprise present ever. It was! Jaime picked us up at the hotel and drove us around until he deposited us safe and energized at the hotel afterwards. We watched Montserrat , the pilot, fill the balloon with hot air and then she has us climb aboard and she and the ground crew has us climbing quickly and smoothly. The sky was filled with fellow travelers all awed by the Congress of hot air balloons aloft and the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon below. Afterwards a delicious buffet breakfast awaited us and then the tour of the Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacán. Guide Joel provided much interesting information of the site and history. All in all, a great activity not to be missed

Jaime is the best! - We had an unforgettable day touring the pyramids and Guadalupe. Our guide, Jaime, was on time, kind, knowledgeable, and a consummate host. He even helped to get us tickets to the NFL game in town. We had a really special day.
