Exceeded expectations - a must do - We had a fantastic experience. Pick up from our airbnb was confirmed the night before by WhatsApp and they arrived on time…4:45! We were at the globopuerto for around 15-20mins for a quick coffee and pastry before takeoff. The flight itself was amazing- the light is perfect at that time. It didn’t feel rushed at all and our pilot gave us plenty of time for views over the pyramids. Sparkling rosé on landing was a surprise and a lovely touch! Overall an extremely professional and safe outfit - would highly recommend.

Great tour and company - Everything went exactly as planned. Our driver was early, car was nice. We had a great time on the balloon, breakfast was excellent, and the tour of the pyramids was top notch. Would highly recommend!

Once in a lifetime experience! - We were picked up on time, travelled in comfort with our very informative guide, Xavier, who shared with us lots of his knowledge about Mexican culture and history. The hot air balloon experience was out of this world! A once in a lifetime experience. After a glass of bubbles to celebrate a safe landing, we had a very tasty breakfast and tasted some local alcohols and learned about local culture. We then visited the pyramids. I would highly recommend this experience, and hopefully you will be as lucky as us to have Xavier as a guide!

Bucket list activity! - Had a fabulous experience exploring Teotihuacán with Xavi. We were picked up at 5:15am and driven to the hot air balloon experience. Here we had some coffee and snacks before an incredible hour in our hot air balloon. Next, we had a toast and received a certificate of our flight followed by a great breakfast. We then went on to explore Teotihuacán by foot. 10/10 would recommend this experience. We learned so much. Thank you!

February trip to Teotihuacan - The entire trip was very organized. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the site where we checked in and had some coffee and pastries. Shortly after we were escorted to our balloon. Jorge was an excellent pilot. We had amazing views of the pyramids. The sun rise was an extra cherry on top. Highly recommended!

Balloon flight and temples - The balloon flight was amazing with a stunning view. Afterwards we’ve went for breakfast and to the temples. Javier was very kind and a perfect guide for this tour. Thank you! :)

Just amazing! - Javier did an amazing job if guiding us throughout the sculptures of teotihuacan and he explained us a a lot of historical stuff about it, we loved it and would definitely recommend him!

Mediocre archeological tour, late pickup, great balloon - The balloon ride itself was spectacular and fun. We were picked up an hour later than promised, which meant we woke up at 5 am for no reason, and we also missed the sunrise ride we were supposed to have. Our archeological guide was kind and full of energy, but her English wasn't very good, which made it hard to understand what she was trying to tell us.
